The media could not be loaded. What I love about the RexID reader/encoder is that it automatically detects the format, facility code, and ID numbers of my original cards. With this information, I am confident when ordering additional cards because I know the new cards will work my legacy system. It is also easy to program new blank cards to match my existing system, keeping my cost down. I'm loving the writing/encoding function. Although I haven't run into the situation yet, if I have a rare card format that's not supported by the current version of the software, the software can be updated to include new formats without needing me to send physical sample cards. This saves me time and hustle. This is quite amazing! I only wish I had found out about it earlier! ... show more

    • They charge you to copy each card!
It does not say this but once the software is installed you are given 30 credits to copy cards after that it is $10 per 100 credits. I have had other readers that never charged for this.
