I was not even in the market for a 3090, but all the 3080 were so overpriced, that I got this ZOTAC [ZOTAC Gaming Geforce RTX 3090 AMP Core Holo] for under the price that 3080's are being scalped for. But I have to say, I absolutely love it. And I've had NONE of the issues that others have reported with some of the EVGA, ASUS, & MSI 3090's. ZOTAC is so underrated. So very interesting cooling design I will comment on. Briefly I inspected the thermals. The heat comes out (a lot of heat) from the side. What I will do is keep this graphics card even though it's underperforming, I will continue to investigate. Mencontrolload fluctuates between 87% and 94% possible due to too much heat. I seriously never open like a tear down. Trust me I researched and I need the warranty. So it could've been slighy better but ill figure it out. Funny thing is I already got a 3090 for my B.D. in an identical case and works normally. Other comments: I did hear a fan constantly hitting something near the front so I used zip ties to re-elevate thr card so the fan won't hit whatever it did. It's slightly heavier and bulkier then the aforementioned 3090 from the B.D. 100% memcontrolload. Overall I say "acceptable" 4/5 stars. ... show more
