We’ve finally put the crate together. So far it looks cute and sturdy. I’ve read the reviews so I’m leery it would last more than a year. The crate doesn’t have a bottom but it does come a tray for the bottom So far, Ollie likes it. Finding a dog bed that fits it a bit tricky. We just put two of her beds in there sideways. This kennel was easy to assemble with 2 people. Looks great in Living room. It's a big piece. It's large enough for our 45 lb dog to move around in. Here's the negative: Wish they had installed a bottom latch on the doorway. Dog can push it open a couple inches, but cannot get out. Bottom only has a tray. Should have really paid attention to the negative reviews on this! Please heed the warnings so you don't waste money and your time dealing with the customer service based out of a different country. As with the other negative reviews, my experience is much the same. Poor quality, no durability or stability. The liner is not long enough and it doesn't sit on anything other than on top of your floor. This, as you can see in my pictures below will hold a big dog. My potato head is 55lbs. But with him leaning on it has already caused damage. The latches are a joke! They didn't latch properly from the beginning due to not lining up correctly (can you guess as to why they don't line up correctly?) Because of this my potato head leaned up and essentially busted out and ended up being being set free to roam and be naughty while we were gone for an hour. Trying to get in contact with customer service is tricky. It's very convoluted as to the route you have to go in order to even get a refund started and speak with anyone in regards to the refund. I had an approved return, packed up the damaged crate in original box and took it to UPS. Yes it's 72 pounds and a pain to deal with. The shipping Beck was prepaid (NICE! I thought, no problem this is going to be a breeze) HA! It got there in one piece and in a week. They decided to get in contact with me to tell me that because I sent it back that they were only refunding part of the purchase, and taking over 100 bucks as a restock fee. I emailed telling them it was damaged and that it shouldn't be restocked and resold and that I want my full refund. After going back and forth several times, all was lost in translation. They sent my request for the 4th time to a customer service team who was supposed to be in touch within 48 hours. It's been 5 days. If you order this crate, I hope they aren't giving you one that is one that has been damaged and sent back since they keep charging people for a restock fee. This crate looks pretty, but it's a POS and not worth the massive price tag and headache. ... show more

I like this crate but I don’t love it. It looks very nice, doubles as a side table, but it’s very bulky. My dog is definitely going to chew his way out of it soon, and he’s learned out to undo the lock on the inside of the double doors that keeps the one door in place. I keep that side against the wall now and use the smaller side door. It does the job but could be a little better on the hardware & locks. ... show more

    • Beautiful, yet difficult.
The flooring is the tray, so the "end cap" covering the tray is not attached and gets "bumped" out by the cats. The tray doesn't have anything holding it in place so it can literally be pushed out from under a startled cat. Not all the cam holds were drilled properly, making it only slightly challenging to put together. Easy to put together, however it was missing the magnet mount for one of the doors so I had to makeshift one… other than than it looks good and our little dogs haven’t destroyed it….. yet.

The product, to date, seems well enough and at this point am happy with my purchase. The seller VirVentures not only missed the first shipping dates, but the second as well. The product I would give 4.5 stars, the seller 0 stars. For a deliver timeframe, double what is stated and then add more days and that should be fairly accurate. ... show more

    • Beautiful but the doors….
I love this kennel as far as looks but as others reviewed the latch is poorly placed and my 8 month old boxer puppy easily pushed it out. I have been trying other ways to secure it and resorted to zip tie on the top. The door and latch engineering is poor but the kennel itself is pretty. I’ll keep it and find a better way to secure, once he’s bigger that will not hold him in there. Hoping he won’t need a kennel once he’s older. ... show more
