All peices were included and was complet. HOWEVER, the height of this bed is short, so if you were wanting a headboard that was taller. This is not the one for you. Been using this for over a month now and so far so good! Not loud at all, it is on the shorter side which is what I was looking for to put it under the window. Not the best bed frame ever but I needed it quickly and it was easy to put together without a drill!

The box was in rough shape, so I was worried, but there was only some minor damage to the front middle of the headboard. Also, the two wooden legs were missing, so I had to run to the hardware store to buy some legs or I wouldn’t have been able to put it together and use it. It did come out beautifully and it seems very sturdy. I have a pretty thick mattress so the headboard doesn’t look very high, but I love it. It was easy to put together, I did it by myself. It took me, maybe 2 hours.

Directions were pretty good, Ikea-ish. One picture did not include placement of screws on back base of headboard-be aware of that. You can use a battery operated screwdriver and it goes together fast. Just don’t tighten screws till the end. Velvet is very pretty and soft. I love it-got two navy. Using it with a 14” mattress, good amount of headboard space still. Good value for price
