I purchased this scooter in August. Was very excited to receive it. Upon receiving the package and opening I realized the scooter had been damaged during shipping. I immediately tried to contact Zoomers to return the scooter. The only way to speak to them is through email. I have been strung along now for the past 3 months! This company does not stand behind there product. And because it’s not sold by Amazon there A to Z guarantee really does nothing for you. If there is anything wrong with the scooter they expect you to pay to ship the scooter back to them. I just spent $1300 to send the scooter all the way back to the company. Thank God I had the extra money sitting around otherwise I would’ve been out of luck. At this time almost 3 weeks after they have received the scooter they are still avoiding giving me my refund. They are claiming that there were items missing from the package. The items missing from the package are a set of keys that I forgot to put in the box. And a battery that Amazon told me I did not need to worry about shipping back. They are still holding my $ as of today 11/29/2022. I will update as soon as I receive the refund. So far they have sent me an email that says I must also send them the keys and battery before I receive a refund. It has been nothing but a nightmare! The scooter runs great but customer support is the worst in the world they don't even know how to talk English but you know I wanted to buy another one for my grandkids and haven't sent to Indiana but not after this experience.

The product is amazing but there is no phone contact for Zoomers. No response when you email them...there is no after purchase support . You are basically on your own after purchasing this product.

I ordered this scooter 2 years ago and it has been flawless. I have used it for 2 full summers at my seasonal campsite where I keep my RV. This is a hilly campground and I am 250+ lbs. This goes up all the hills with no issues. My battery usually lasts an entire weekend with lots of cruisin around. This will be my 3rd summer and it's still going strong. NOTE: Keep the tires fully inflated for best battery life. Take the battery out of the scooter during the winter and store it inside. ... show more

I am overly excited about this one. Way more impressed than I thought I would be. Rides great, easy to assemble, great break system and quick. Top speed is more like 28-29 but 25 average for top speed and the longevity of the battery is perfect for what I bought it for. Thank you so much.
