Some of these other reviews are ridiculous, what people actually expect for this low price. The font is not quite as crystal clear as the images on the ad, but if you have seen labels from this kind of device, you know what to expect. It's definitely clear enough to read, and serves it's purpose and beyond. It doesn't take batteries, it's quiet, it's small, and easy to set up. It comes with three different color label refills black, blue and red. It's easy to install the label roll in seconds and you'll be making labels instantly. I got my money's worth in the first day of use. My suggestion is to press the trigger firm, but release it quickly for the best result. There is occasional misalignment, but readjusting the tape seems to remedy any issue. For labels that are custom, small, durable, and water resistant this is the best option. You can always pay more for a digital device that takes more expensive label refills and produces better quality. But, if you just want to get organized, make things look neat, and get the job done on the cheap, this is the one for you. I'm happy with mine and already make 100 labels with it. I'm using it to label equipment that I use at work to distinguish mine from my co-workers', such as walkie talkie radios left in chargers at the job overnight. My name and work ID number on a bunch of labels is all I needed this for. It definitely beats printing labels on paper and using tape to stick it to something. This looks neater, stands out, water resistant and has better adhesive. It's a winner overall folks. I recommend it, and have no regrets.

This is a great old-school label maker with a classic vintage feel. It works well, but alignment is key—make sure the dial is properly lined up when selecting each character. When embossing, squeeze the handle firmly but with finesse. Don’t monkey-grip it or rush the motion, or the characters can end up misaligned and uneven. Once you get the rhythm down, it produces clean, readable labels and is genuinely satisfying to use. A solid tool if you appreciate old-school gear and don’t mind a small learning curve.

I am absolutely obsessed with this Embossing Label Maker! It has become one of my favorite tools for adding fun, vintage-style accents to my junk journal pages. The classic embossed look gives every page such a charming, old-school touch, and I now find myself using it on about every other page because it’s just that satisfying. The size is perfect—small enough to tuck right in with the rest of my crafting supplies without taking up any extra space. It’s super easy to use, and refilling the tapes is surprisingly simple, which makes the whole process even more enjoyable. I had one of these when I was in high school in the 1970s. I could’ve bought an electronic one but I wanted one of these manual ones for nostalgia reasons. The ones that I owned in the 1970s were of course made in USA and so much better in quality. I have bought four of these over the past year. I returned the previous three thinking that maybe the next one will be better but THEY ARE ALL 💩 like this one. I’m tired of returning them so I will keep this to label things like my electrical panel. I believe all the current manual ones are crap made by the same facility in China. We really need to stop buying from them I don’t care if it costs a bit more. The embossed printing clarity is inconsistent and often appears staggered up and down like a 4 year old is hand printing it perhaps the tape is too narrow or the feeder channel/guide is too wide.

This label maker is so fun and easy to use. It has that classic vintage feel but works really smoothly. The letters emboss cleanly and are easy to read, and the labels stick well to different surfaces. I’ve used it for organizing, crafting, and labeling storage, and it adds a nice decorative touch. It’s sturdy, simple, and doesn’t require batteries, which I love. Great value for the price.
