- Embossing machine applies for 85.5mm55mm standard pvc card: Character round turnplate for character selection. 11 lines of Embossing. The embosser card slot equipped with indicator and fixture design, for better emboss the card without displacement. Come with 1 sample embossed card and 10 blank card for testing
- Adjustable character spacing: 1/7 for big characters, 1/10 for small characters. Small tips for get a blank spacing, slight bend the half handle but not press it down, the card slot will automatically move to the next position
- Wide application: The Huanyu manual card embossing machine is the essential equipment of pvc card's post production and processing, which is perfect for personalization of your vip cards, club cards, membership cards, bank cards, gift cards etc. It is applicable to the small batch and many varieties cards manufacturing for small stores, food centers, stock exchange centers, banks and insurance etc
- Character print depth: 0.38 mm; Character depth can be adjusted, rotate the screw under the machine clockwise to increase embossing depth, countclockwise to decrease embossing depth. Note: The embossing depth is well adjusted before shipped. If necessary, it is not recommended to adjust the depth
