This heat gun is perfect for shrink wrap bags or shrink wrap tubing. So far that is all I have used it for, but I can see this heat gun coming in handy for many other projects! Absolutely love this to dry Watercolor without pushing the paint around. I love how low it goes so that it’s able to warm things up without melting them. I just found another usage for the thing trying to repair something which has an old plastic tab I was afraid I would break off. I heated the thing up with the low side of this heat gun, and it was able to flex it beautifully. I love how tiny the outlet is and that it has two settings for heat. I’ve not tried any super high applications like melting, plastic or embossing or stripping paint or something, but this works really well for small craft things and it gets to a much lower temperature than the ones in the hardware store, which is perfect for my purposes.

Not quite hot enough for shaping of thicker/denser EVA foam - I was working with a 40mm foam dowel and 10mm foam and it wasn't quite enough. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But it's very easy to use, small, the color matches the image. Works great for smaller projects or materials that aren't quite as thick or dense! Pretty dang cute! It'd be a great first heat gun if you've never used one before.

This is the perfect tool for crafters. No more waiting for projects to dry inbetween steps. This tool takes up minimal space in the craft room and gets the job done. It is quick, efficient, and easy to use. This is a huge time saver. Wish I’d know about these sooner. Great price for a great product.

This has two speeds and does get very hot, but it will dry your paints very quickly. It’s a nice weight and has a little stand so you can set it on the table beside you while you paint.

nicer than expected. I bought this from a youtube professional artist tutorial influencer. I use it everyday on my watercolor paintings. It is light weight easy to hold and aim on my paintings it also blows off eraser crumbs and pencil shavings etc quickly yet it is not hairdryer airblast but puts out high heat. It's also light weight and not very noisy. Its my go to heat tool instead of a hairdryer.
