Due to my line of work I have started to have a lot of back pain, so I was on the market for a quality massage chair. Not knowing much about them I did my research and came across this specific one. After looking at the other chairs and comparing both budget and features I went with this. The shipping was a bit of a pain, but the ZMZ customer service was phenomenal and was able to deliver it within a week. Not to mention the massage chair comes prebuilt. After using this daily for a little over a week I can say it's very good. It massages both the spine, glutes and feet. Something I did not realize until I began using it was that is utilizes a pneumatic system to apply pressure to different parts of your body like a professional masseuse would. The massage chair also has a Bluetooth speaker embedded inside so you can connect it to your phone to play music. the only issue is when you connect and disconnect it plays a loud announcement declaring that Bluetooth is ready to be connected. If possible, I would like to either lower the volume on that or replace the voice with a simple beep. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for something to take care of their sore back or just a good massage.

OMG!!! This is our 1st time in a massage chair and can i just say … wow! This chair is so relaxing and the bluetooth feature makes it perfect! Listening to a soothing music will put you to sleep! The zero gravity feature is wonderful !!! It also offers a lot of different massage modes, our favorite is the kneading mode , my husband and i love deep tissue massage! I was a bit skeptical on buying this chair coz its such a big purchase for us but its all worth it! (This is our Christmas gift to each other ) Customer service is outstanding !!! Before purchasing it, i had a lot of questions to the seller … and i mean A LOT 😂 but the seller always answers all my concerns and questions in such a timely manner and very very patient with me and for that i thank you! My husband suffered 2 broken legs from his last tour in Iraq due to a car bomb and he said this chair made him feel good. I just hope this chair will last us for a LOOOONG time ! Thank you so much ZMZ! I highly recommend this massage chair, you wont regret it!

Received the massage chair and it was easy to setup. I love the different massage modes, either using preprogrammed settings or just manual mode for target areas. The combination calf air massage with the foot rollers feels awesome! Plus, the aesthetics of the chair compliment our living. Definitely recommend for the quality and reasonable price!

Chair was heavy to maneuver but my son and I got it into the house! Very nice chair! The down side is the directions are practically useless for now to use the functions! Inside the box was the manual on how to open the box.😯😯 The settings have 6 settings and most of them are too rough! Ended up using the manual setting to tone down the rollers! Good product probably should have spent a little more for better features! I'm sure after time, it'll be just fine! Only had it now for 2 days!

The media could not be loaded. We were quite satisfied with the chair for the price and have used it daily since buying. Tonight when we went to turn it on, there is no power to the unit. We have plugged into different outlets with no luck. Super disappointing considering the price and size of this chair. Will see how the seller will make this right and update our review.

Everything about this chair is wonderful: each of the automatic modes have a specific and effective purpose. Already completely assembled when it arrives makes setup super simple and we were using the chair minutes after we brought it inside. Wish we'd done this sooner: often use right before bedtime and haven't slept this well in years. (Use Sleep Mode then...it's a milder massage). The stretch massage is great after a long day, and while the foot massage is strong, it's very therapeutic.
