The product works good if you can find the right software or phone that will be able to use them. Luckily, I had an old phone that allowed the mics to access, if it wasn't for that I was going to return them. The mics also worked with my Canon EOS R camera. But overall they're good mics, especailly for the price.

I love this mic! The quality is very impressive! I’ve used it 3 times and have asked how well everyone can hear me and have gotten nothing but positive feedback! I’m an interpreter and since I’ve bought this mic I’ve had to interpret for groups of up to 20 people so I’ve really surveyed a good amount of people. I love how small it is! I usually clip on to my lanyard right below my chin or I just hold onto it close to my mouth, either way it sounds great! When I interpret I like to keep my voice at low volume so the mic picks up my voice perfectly fine. 100% recommend this product!

Upon receiving this item, I quickly noticed that it wouldn't connect to my iPhone. It uses a male adapter that plugs into the phone. I have no such female for it to plug into my phone.

I teach yoga, and I hoped that the compact microphone would make my running commentary clearer or my recordings. Unfortunately, the more I moved, the more static overtook the sound. BUT, it you just want to use it for a static, sitting or standing and talking sort of activity, it was easy to use and worked well on my MacBook Air.

I was in love with this for the first 2 or 3 weeks. I'd put the mic on and turn it on once in the morning, with the receiver plugged into the USB-C plug on my laptop--and never thought about it all day. I would make and receive calls throughout the day and never had to turn it on or anything--it just worked. It was great...until it wasn't. A couple of weeks ago, it stopped working. At first, it seemed that the USB-C data cable wasn't charging the receiver, so I started charging at night with the other included cable. However, I would still need to turn on both the microphone and receiver every time I made or received a call--unless the call was within 5 minutes of the last call. Pretty annoying--and definitely more annoying that using a wired mic. Then tonight, after only making a couple of calls today, I tried making a call and the mic and receiver wouldn't stay on. Apparently the batteries will no longer last even a day. Too bad.
