The media could not be loaded. I installed the bidet and connected all the hoses and checked for leaks. The metal pole extends when you plug it in, but it does not do anything after that. The lights work, the seat heats up, but it does not do anything else. I tried turning it off and on, going through every install step repeatedly. Nothing has worked. Update: 5/17/24 I took the advice from another reviewer and unscrewed the plastic screw on the bottom of the tank next to the metal water dispenser. I filled the tank, and after that, all functions started working EXCEPT for the water spray. What hadn’t worked prior, functioned normally, just no water. There is no sound of any water pump working and not even a drip comes from the nozzle. I believe I have done all I can do on my end. It’s not working as advertised. It’s not showing any signs of being repairable. My advice, pay a little more for better quality. Read all the reviews before you buy, and contact the company at the moment anything goes wrong. I am in the process of moving and waited to test it out for the new place. BIG MISTAKE. I waited too long to be able to return it for a refund. Now I’m stuck with this elaborate overpriced basic toilet seat. Lesson learned.

Had a small issue but the company has great customer support and stands by their products! I am very pleased with the bidet. The hot water on demand works great and the settings give a good variety of cleaning options, pressure settings and even power saving. Highly recommend this bidet toilet seat!

The performance, pressure, quality, temperature is great. The only thing if I could critique is how it easily slides up and down the anchor point. Perhaps it needs to be screwed on tighter, though I'm sure it's as tight as it can be. But other than that this works 💯👍

Easy installation, air and seat works fine but the hot water only works when you put it on high and it’s very mild. It does not produce hot water if you continuously wash the 3rd time. Will give it a shot for another week otherwise will return it. After a couple of months the water STOP working. Would not recommend it

It does everything its supposed to do, it just does not spray the correct place unless your member is pressed firmly against the front of the bowl. I got the round. I imagine that the elongated one works better.
