Good product but you'll have to figure out how it operates on your own because the included manual isn't accurate. Also the front rim of the seat is smaller than the basin so it looks funky there. I suggest the control panel has some backlighting so you can see it at night.

This was so easy to set up, in a matter of minutes the bidet was ready to use. This has several features I love such as a heated seat with adjustable temperature, the spray head is adjustable,it moves back or forward to suit your needs, it cleans really well so no toilet paper is needed. The water temperature is adjustable and it has a built in dryer to finish the job. A blue light to illuminate the bidet at night so no fumbling to find the toilet. The remote is attached to the bidet so you can control all functions while sitting. It’s comfortable to sit on, works great and the size is perfect for any rear end. This is a great addition to my bathroom and I definitely feel cleaner after using this bidet.

The hot water option completely quit working in just 8 days of use. The light blinks, the alarm beeps, it drips water. If heated water is turned off, it works. I bought this for hot water. It's winter! I replaced a Brondell washlet that had the heated water go out in 2 years of use. I thought that was bad....This one's heated water only lasted 8 days! Complete and total garbage! Do not buy. Run away! I will never buy an unknown brand again!

This thing is Unsanitary I've tried contacting customer support several times and the only response has been - where is the wireless remote - after months of trying to tell them it doesn't come with one - their reply is send it back to Amazon The nozzle where the water comes out DOES NOT go back in, so every time you use it, there is a strong possibly of getting fecal matter on the nozzle, and I guess the only way to clean it is to manually grab it clean it the nozzle itself is fine, the stream/water is warm, the seat is warm, but its just Unsanitary

Works great if you can figure-out how to use it. When it worked, it worked very well, but the controls were too far in back of me to see them and you have to be seated to use the controls. The buttons feel all the same, so it was hit or miss - mostly miss for me. Once when I was trying to find the temperature button the hot water disappeared and it remained cold. I tried shutting it down and powering up, but no luck. Some of the buttons have changing colored lights beside them. The instructions make no mention of them. I sent an email to the manufacturer with the above two concerns. I got back an email telling me to return the unit and buy one with a remote control... no mention of the lights. The unit seems to be very well made, so I ordered another one with a remote control. Thanks for the 30-day return policy, Amazon.
