I brought this headset back in January to game + record & initially, it worked amazingly! The led lights, the sound cancellation, the comfortability and best of all the pretty pink color that caught my attention to begin with! The sound quality wasn’t bad at all and the volume went up pretty high so the volume being “too low” was never an issue! After some time of normal use I noticed the headset was no longer as loud as it had been before although I never used it on the loudest setting. Every-time i’d use my headset to record I would hear a weird staticky sound in the back which is why I started using my other mic or just simply no mic at all when recording. I reached out to the company in hopes that they would be able to help me out. In less than 24 hours they emailed me back and immediately sent me another headset for the inconvenience! 🥺 I do not regret my purchase. Review done by my daughter since this is for her to use on the PS4 only. Overall they are good, however, the the mic jack adapter did not work and I could not hear as good with it on. Luckily though I didn't really need the adapter. The USB adapter plugs into the PS4 to turn on the lights and the other plug hooks up to your controller in order to use the headphones. Because the cord to the lights is very short, I couldn't use both plugs at the same time. I wish there was only one plug that does both (lights and headphones) instead of two separate plugs. The color is perfect, the sound quality is great. The weird thing is theres a whole other extending cable purely for the USB cord whose only purpose is to lightup your headset. It gets in the way and can tangle up with the other cords so I just tie it up and end up not using it. Also, this may just be an issue only I have had, but my computer does not register the headphone's mic as a separate mic, so though I can see on my computer infos that my headphones are plugged in and working, the mic is a total mystery. It does work, however, it's just that it is hiddenly registered as still being my computer's microphone. So far no quality problems or broken bits. I wish the packaging was better as the headphones were just thrown in the box with no frame keeping them in place so the headband was slightly bent as a result. They do the job as needed, but in retrospect I would not recommend these to a friend. ... show more

I bought these for my brother's girlfriend's daughter for school and panicked a little when they came in because they have to be able to hear the teacher while using them. Sooo I had to test them out. I put them on and plugged them up and let me tell you I fell absolutely in love with them. I am sooooo jealous I had to go grab me a pair and stick them in my cart. You can hear when someone speaks to you but you can hear everything going on with the pc perfectly and the mic is crystal clear when you speak. I would recommend these to anyone who has a child in school that needs a headset or for just general use at home for pc and/or gaming. They are amazing and the price is great too. My Grandson has the exact same set in black. Now granted we had to order the black set five times to get it but a wonderful headset for the price. Amazon was great about getting the black set replaced whether it was the thieves in this neighborhood or it actually got lost in shipping we have no clue but Amazon was super great about it all. ... show more
