I brought this headset back in January to game + record & initially, it worked amazingly! The led lights, the sound cancellation, the comfortability and best of all the pretty pink color that caught my attention to begin with! The sound quality wasn’t bad at all and the volume went up pretty high so the volume being “too low” was never an issue! After some time of normal use I noticed the headset was no longer as loud as it had been before although I never used it on the loudest setting. Every-time i’d use my headset to record I would hear a weird staticky sound in the back which is why I started using my other mic or just simply no mic at all when recording. I reached out to the company in hopes that they would be able to help me out. In less than 24 hours they emailed me back and immediately sent me another headset for the inconvenience! 🥺 I do not regret my purchase. This headset has great sound quality as well as some nice features. The mic connection didn't last longer than 6 months so that was a bummer but they're still going strong with the sound. My brother in law uses them every time he's over and prefers their sound to his nicer earbuds for listening to music! The RGB lights are functional thru the USB connector that you can plug into your computer as well as a lighted mic. (I couldn't find a way to alter the lights but I wasn't too worried about that part. ) The headset comes with a splitter cable to use the mic and the headphones or you can just plug in the headphones if you don't want to use the mic. There is a volume control and mute for the mic on the wire and that comes with a Velcro strap as well. All in all glad I went with these vs a more expensive set. I'm a big sound person and if I don't get the right quality, I'm not a happy camper. Overall great purchase. If the mic still worked, I'd given these a 5 star rating. ... show more

I didn't realize the USB plug-in is permanently attached to these. If you planned on using these for a controller good luck. Two cords sticking out of one headset are beyond obnoxious to try to play with. Not only that, these things are wicked uncomfortable. I thought with all the padding they'd be easier to wear but these things are bulky and FEEL like pure plastic on your skull. They don't cup the ears, just barely sit over them. I get that this is a cheaper headset but the quality feels like something you would get Five Below. Idk how the mic works, I'm not keeping them long enough to find out. Amazing sound and microphone. I love the detail and ease of use. This is by far one of my favorite headsets for comfort and noise cancellation. This is adjustable so for most heads. Connection is through cord so if your using it for a small device I suggest choosing another option.
