This is the best frame I’ve ever seen. It’s very comfy and I’ve never slept better. The frames don’t squeak and I could jump on the bed and it would bend even a little. The quality of this bed frame is good. The instructions to assemble were clear, and they even provided a ratcheting Allen wrench! We've sleep on it the past couple of nights and there has been zero creaking or wobble or anything - it's rock solid. However, the box had one end bashed in as is typical for big boxes filled with heavy metal parts. I didn't think much of it, thinking that some Styrofoam or cardboard padding probably prevented any damage to the product. Wrong! As you can see in the pictures, a couple of the pieces have decent sized dents and scratches. There's practically no padding between the box and product. I also noticed that a pre-installed foam strip was folded on itself instead of being stuck to the metal bar... Which would have happened at the packaging plant, not during shipping. Despite these irritations, I decided the faults were only cosmetic and everything was still square. I'm not sure if this is a testament to the durability of the product or the lack of QC and packaging. You decide. But for me, I still give it 5 stars - it works as intended, the scratches are covered with a bed skirt and are likely to be joined by more in the future, and I like the ratcheting Allen wrench. ... show more
