I am not an interior designer by any means but wanted to get something a little more earthy and the prices of bed frames was insane. I felt like this was a frame that was simple but polished and I am really glad I bought it. My previous bed was LOUD you couldn’t move without it making a noise, this bed is heaven, barely ever makes a sound. It is lower to the ground so you have to lift it to slide storage under, but the frame is incredibly light. I would suggest two people to put it together my dad and I took about one hour most and it has all the tools you need. It also got here SO fast in two days. Love this bed! We’ve had it for about a month. It was easy to assemble and looks great- better than expected! We got this after moving a few states away thinking it could last us a bit while we rent but I will definitely keep it! It’s simple and goes well with other mid century pieces I have. Quick seamless delivery. Husband and I were able to assemble it in less than 2 hours (with me being 6 months pregnant, I didn’t need to do any heavy lifting), instructions were quite straightforward. We’ve used it for about 2 weeks now and so far so good; I will say though that there have been times where the bed will make slight one-off creaks when shifting weight in bed. First off, plus size friendly!!! Doesn't squeak, doesn't snap crackle or pop no matter what the activity you're doing. We had a metal bedframe before and I could feel the supports through the mattress. Thought it was a bad mattress but nope! This bedframe made our bed significantly more comfortable. We LOVE this bed. It's easy enough to put together and is so sturdy. It matches the wood on my MCM dresser perfectly and looks much more expensive than it was. The mattress doesn't slide around at all, although there is no lip holding it in place, the slats and the sticky strips are more than enough to keep it in place. The slats are securely fastened to the frame, so no more sliding and breaking like its IKEA counterpart. This bed was a wonderful investment without the huge up-front cost. I wish they made matching nightstands! I will definitely order from this company again. :) ... show more
