My daughter loves her new Zinus Korey Bed Frame. This was exactly what we were looking; something that was durable, had enough height to allow for underbed storage, and did not require a box spring as we didn’t want to add any additional unnecessary height. When the bed frame arrived, it came in one box that was well packaged. Each part was individually packaged in plastic which was nice as there were no scuffs or damages observed. Assembly was so simple; I was able to build it effortlessly on my own with the tools included which is also a nice touch. Instructions were okay as the parts are labeled with numbers and I felt the letters were unnecessary unless they would have labeled letters on the parts as well.     • Had a bit challenge while assembly

I had a little challenge while connecting joint 8. Which is one of the legs under the headboard and the beam. The beam has a protuberance(?) that's supposed to go in to the hole on the leg - but it didn't fit. I managed but I had to partially disassemble the frame to make it happen. Anyways it's up now and I like it. Unfortunately one of my suitcases didn't fit under the frame, oops. By the way I love the tool! Ratchet hex key! ... show more

Little skeptical at first buying a inexpensive frame from Amazon but after getting it. First it comes in nice packing that makes it easy to unbox. The installation went just as quick. Took me only about 30 minutes to assemble myself. The instructions are very easy to understand with clear pictures. One big plus is it comes with a ratcheting tool to make the assembly a breeze. A company who actual looks out for the customer. The slats that act like a box spring are solid and don’t feel cheap. Velcro holds down the slats.
