I love this bed frame and will be buying again, the room underneath is enough for a fully grown adult to comfortably fit under so if you have pets that like to hide or large storage totes this is great and everything comfortably fits underneath. Only real complaint would be the bars in the center to keep the bed stable, they get in the way of some storage and seem somewhat haphazardly placed in regards to design. I bought this when i first moved out of state for college. It has moved 3 houses with me since then (and gone up $50 in price lol) and it just broke a week ago when the welding gave out. In that time it's done all the bed things including having small children use it as a trampoline. The wood slats have never broken and I am pretty certain it would still be going if not for that weld giving out on one corner. I plan to order again actually. ... show more

I bought this frame to replace the way too high bed support in our class A motor home. The bed frame in the bus was extra high to allow for storage underneath, but with a thick mattress on top, at 5 ft tall I literally needed a step stool or a running start. I like low beds - I like the look of low beds. So we disassembled the old frame, built this one, and voila - looks like a whole new room. Yes we lost some storage, but you can put under bed boxes under this this frame, so we can still store most of the stuff we were storing before. There was one corner that was tough to get the connection to work, but doing the rest of the bed first solved that issue. My only complaint is the the corners are really pointy and sharp, and your mattress may not cover the entire frame and it's easy to catch yourself on it in a small space. We solved that with pool noodle foam, which isn't pretty but does the trick. ... show more

The instructions wasn’t too bad to go off on, they also have a like an icon you can scan your camera on it and watch a video of how to put it together. It only took me an hour to put it together by myself well I had a little help but other than that I like it . Hard to put together. You have to make sure all the side pieces are on before screwing them in or they don’t go in and you have to unscrew the ones you already tightened down. The top bars didn’t line up on both sides without manipulating the positioning. Had to use a rubber mallet to get the bars to slide in where they needed to be. ... show more

I purposely waited to make this review but this is the sturdiest bedframe I've ever had. It has been with me 4 years and through 3 moves, all three involving disassembly and re-assembly. All three times it took me maybe 30 minutes to put back together by myself. It is sturdy! Not that I've been frequently active but It has survived intense ~activities~ and this thing feels as solid as it did on day 1. It's also lightweight enough to be moved around if need be. It's tall enough to feel like an average bedframe and short enough to be covered by a comforter. It also is the exact length/width of the mattress so when I sit on the edge of the bed, I don't feel any metal on my legs and I'm not stubbing my toes as I walk by. (For context, I have a full mattress) The wood slats have Velcro under them that securely fix to the metal frame itself so they don't slide around. There is also sticky tape you can put on top of the slats to help your mattress not slide around but that only lasted until I had the take the mattress off for the first time. But, personally that wasn't very necessary. I also love this because I can use it in the traditional bed orientation (smaller edge along the wall) and purchased a headboard separately and I've used it in a daybed orientation (long edge against the wall) with a longer headboard/multiple pillows. I appreciate the versatility. My only complaints: -if you have hardwood floors, it's worth it to get those stick on floor pads -storage is not as great as it could be. I thought about getting one of those rolling under bed storage things and quickly realized they are too tall to fit and the bottom lip of the frame would prevent rolling anything under/out. So I only store things under the bed I know I will not need often at all. Overall it is very very worth it. ... show more

It was super easy to put together. Definitely should have another person to help though. The bed frame also slides around a bit but they include non slip grips that I'm sure help (I just haven't put them on yet)
