The frame came 100% intact, though the box was damaged. A helper was useful during assembly for holding pieces upright. There is a flimsiness movement of the headboard if you pull on it. I'm happy with this frame so far for the price.

I recently had the urge to get a bed frame after being completely comfortable with just a mattress lol . I needed something that wasn’t to high up and didn’t require a box spring because of my height. This bed is the perfect fit and it’s being sold for a very reasonable price.

This bed frame with headboard feels very sturdy and is very attractive. We like this very much and are enjoying the nice looks, which exceeded our expectations. My husband assembled this on his own in about 1/2 hour. Photo 1 shows the 12-inch high bedframe with a 12-inch thick Zinus mattress on it which we also purchased the same week. Two small quibbles which we have dealt with ourselves. First: a couple of the foot protectors on the legs were improperly seated, and were smushed into the legs so the metal edges would scrape the floor (second photo); and secondly, there was a tear in a corner of the faux leather cushion cover on the headboard (third photo). The frame was clearly new, so these were factory errors. After registering for the warranty on the Zinus website, I waited on hold at their phone number for over 1/2 hour without any indication of how long it would be before they picked up, and then submitted a complaint to Zinus Customer Service using their website form, but there has been NO response whatsoever. In my complaint, I asked for replacement undamaged foot protectors, and a small piece of the matching faux leather material to patch the tear. Not hearing back from Zinus, we coped with both issues on our own. 1) by purchasing standard plastic leg cups to put under all the legs, and 2) patching the tear (which was on the lower left corner of the headboard padding and fortunately not very visible once the frame was assembled) using black plastic electrical-type tape to prevent further tearing. (Note: If the tear was in a more visible location, it could have been more of a problem, and I would have been more annoyed at the lack of response from Customer Service.) These are not critical issues, but it would have inspired confidence in the company to have some reply from Zinus. I would have given them 5 stars overall had their Customer Service department been responsive. For their lack of response to my complaint, this purchase is now rated at 4 stars. ... show more
