Item just as described. I bought 2 because I’m using them for a twin trundle. Much more comfortable than just a spring mattress. My husband and I lay down with our 30ish pound 2 year old in one of them and we lay there comfortably until son falls asleep. Husband is 150 pounds and I am less than that. It’s not a noisy bed like a spring mattress which is helpful when we’re leaving my toddler’s bed after he falls asleep. Recently, my other children brought in dirt from outside and it got on the mattress. I used my vacuum cleaner on the mattress and it came right out. first impressions: this got delivered to the wrong door at first, which is a common mistake in my complex, but still annoying as i had to lug it from my neighbor's door to mine. it came very fast in a (mostly) un-damaged box. i say mostly because it did have some superficial rips and cuts along the cardboard. the inside was unharmed, however set-up: setup took 2 people and no more than 30 minutes for both of us to follow the instructions and get it situated. DO NOTE, it comes with a paper that will tell you how to open the mattress, PLEASE FOLLOW IT! do it in an open space as well. we ended up doing it in kind of too small of a room and almost got swallowed by it entirely. it didn't puff up or kick us super hard, thankfully, it was pretty easygoing all things considered. it puffed up almost to size extremely quickly, which i was surprised about. it measures to its full 8 inches thick already, which is surprising since i literally just got it about 3 hours ago. it didn't off-gas very much at all, a light scent when i first had opened the box and now it smells pretty much like nothing. i'm not super pretentious when it comes to beds, but my cats like it, and although i haven't yet slept on it, it's very soft. i'd put it probably at a medium firm i think people call it? i dunno, i just like sleeping. either way i'm very satisfied, it even came earlier than anticipated. since i just got it i can't say much for longevity or anything like that, but when i press on it, it doesn't move much nor do i hear the springs on it. feels pretty good and sturdy. i'm very excited to sleep on it tonight! ... show more

ZINUS 6 Inch Spring Sensation Hybrid Mattress [New Version], Medium Firm Feel. It did not have any strong odors. I would not get a 6 inch mattress unless it's for a small, lightweight child. This one is not firm enough. The person using it is 100 pounds and it sinks in where they lay.

Nice sturdy mattress, but not very cushioned. You can definitely feel the springs. You will need to buy a thick mattress pad.

My wife and I bought this because we don’t have another option in the moment, and it’s not good, I mean it works maybe for 6 months or a year, but you can feel your back hurts after more than 8hrs sleeping, and after some time you can feel the springs also
