I bought this product for my boyfriend. He has lower back pain issues and my full-size bed is old. When I bought this product, I was super excited. It arrived rolled like a burrito, and once unrolled the product seemed uneven rectangle. After a few days though the mattress topper did go to normal shape as a square. Although, I must say I was disappointed with the result. The entire mattress topper is not 4 inches of memory foam. It’s about a inch of memory foam and the rest just a type of sponge like material as the bottom layer. I thought I would sink into this thick squishy mattress topper but instead I thought my normal mattress was better. I contacted the company and they were super helpful with me trying to return the product, but they were uninformed on most of the information they gave me. To return the product (if you unrolled it, like I did) you take it to a donation center. I personally should’ve called the donations centers before driving all around the valley because donation centers do not take and type of bedding materials. It took me two and a half weeks to try and find a place, but no one would take it. When I contacted the company again on how to return it they gave me a site and free labeling and shipment method. I didn’t do it because it was already a month of having the product and instead of dealing with all of the hassle I decided to see if my grandma wanted it. She ended up taking it, but I wouldn’t recommend this product if you are looking for a mattress topper only memory foam.

I bought it for my new twin bed. My mattress i bought was to firm so I google side sleepers mattress topper. This one came up as one of the highest ratings. I got it, It feels great helps with less pain with the lower back and comfort. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5. It stated with cooling. I tend to sweat at night even with my air on. It was what I needed. I still get over heated and for me it does not have the cooling effects. Also it did not fill up my whole full size mattress. My feet kinda hangs off the edge of the mattress topper. It is very cozy and helps with my side sleeping.

I hesitated after reading so many negative reviews, but decided to chance it. The topper was packaged well and I had no trouble opening the box and unwrapping the topper. There was an initial smell which disappeared within minutes of opening. I laid it flat on my bed to allow it to shape up, expecting to wait a few days before it would be ready. It was only a few minutes and I was surprised. I was able to use my bed that night with the topper. It fit perfectly on a double sized bed . Not too short or too long. There was no smell after the box was opened. There were no tears or rips anywhere and it was clean. Maybe I got lucky with my order, but it arrived in perfect condition and I would recommend it.

I ordered this Dec 2020. After several months I'm still very happy with my purchase. In the photos, the darker yellow foam is not part of this order and is my old foam topper, 1in. You can visually see the difference. But physically I also feel the difference. We have an old mattress and I was starting to wake up with a sore back but this foam top has completely fixed this issue. Also, be aware it adds several inches in height and if you are vertically challenged like me, it makes for an interesting learning curve. Good luck.

My daughter is a professional surfer and stuntwoman. She has been complaining of her mattress being uncomfortable and never being able to get a good nights sleep, and waking up stiff and sore.. Rather than buy another new mattress my sister who is a nurse suggested a 4 inch egg crate like the kind they use in the hospitals to prevent bed sores. It was difficult to find a 4 " egg crate, and the one's I found didn't have good reviews. Then I stumbled on an article that talked praised the Zinus. It was worth a try, and I am so glad I tried it. My daughter absolutely loves it. No more restless nights for her. Now se sleeps like a baby and loves her bed!
