This mattress is a nightmare. It’s pretty good if you sleep on it 1 maybe even2 nights but then 😭. Its saggy. When you get up ( in pain ) you can see the waves or hills where you laid looks like a roller coaster and makes you feel like you been sleeping on the floor on rocks! I would rate this a - 10 if I could. I’m a 54 year old woman and not way heavy. This is garbage and I can’t wait to replace it 😡. Nightmare. Beware ... show more

It’s a very firm mattress. I was really hoping it would help with my back, but after only a couple of nights I knew I was going to return it. Note: When UPS arrived, they would not take it if it was expanded. Getting it back into the box was impossible. We finally rolled it up as best we could and wrapped it in plastic. By the time all that was done, my back was killing me. And now, the reason for this review: Amazon sent me a non-reply email stating the mattress hasn’t been returned. I can hardly believe it. We bought this for a college student. As adult parents this mattress would be aweful for us, no support at all, it is just a bunch of soft springs, the college students says it is sjust fine and sleeps well on it.

This product is AMAZING, the convenience of delivery is unexpected. The mattress is compress packed "springs and all" and rolled... the neatest thing I had ever seen. It takes a good 48 hours to decompress and reach best potential. I would still recomend a pillow topper cover for those that like Plush Softness but I'm giving this an A+ all together ❤ 😄 ... show more

Our guest room is small but couldnt find a Full/Day Bed so we decided on the Zinus Platform and Mattress.... Set up the Frame by myself in less than half an hour... super easy! Sturdy and decently crafted platform bed frame! Also went with the 10" Spring/Foam mattress... unpackaging definitely took two people. Goldilocks would love this... "Medium" not too soft, not too firm... just right! Got a kick out of the quirky notes inside from Zinus! ... show more
