I had visibly whiter teeth in THREE DAYS! I know the pamphlet says 14 (which I did), but it only took 3 days for me to see a difference! That was 2 years ago, ever since then, I've had these on my subscription list, and I gave some to family members. We've had no complaints around here. I will say that I drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day and am a non-smoker, just for clarification.
