I have used these in the coconut and the peach flavor. They are effective, adhere to your teeth really well, and have a very mild and not unpleasant taste. I drink LOTS of coffee, so I thought I'd give these a try based on the good reviews here and elsewhere. I noticed a distinct difference after just two uses and was completely satisfied with the whitening effect after four uses, so I didn't use them for the full 14 days straight. If I had, you'd probably be able to see my teeth from outer space and IMO teeth that are TOO white don't look natural. I will be honest, I bought these for two reasons: 1. The natural ingredients. 2. The high reviews. I am glad to say they were worth it. They adhere extremely well to teeth. I brush, leave on while I do make-up, hair, and get dressed. Then I remove and rinse. They do make my teeth look whiter throughout the day. The taste is not noticeable at all. I would recommend. But what my issue was, is that it caused my teeth to only whiten half way and I'm not sure why but I used them to the max time (1 hour) and nothing would change. The very top of my teeth were wouldn't lighten but the bottom half of my teeth did get much whiter. But what bothered me is that I was able to use a whitening gel from Philips (I think) and it whitened ALL of my teeth. My other issue was this DEFINITELY caused sensitivity in my teeth and why I had to stop. I thought it was because I used a whitening toothpaste right before but I switched my toothpaste and even didn't brush my teeth one day (yes I know, gross) and still a lot of sensitivity. I suggest if you have any chips or cracks in your teeth to maybe check with your dentist because even hours later I still had a lot sensitivity issues after using these strips. ... show more
