I'm not doing that. So I tried this. This is so much more comfortable than another pillow I bought for $50 on Amazon. It is also better than the ergonomic pillow I currently have. The way it cradles your neck is perfection. However, it is also good if you decide to switch to your side. This is my best pillow purchase ever. If you're looking for a big fluffy pillow this is not the pillow for you. If you're looking for a pillow that you can put your head into and it literally holds your head and neck in the perfect position, BINGO!! You've found your match.

I was so excited to get this pillow. The first night, then weeks it was great. However by the beginning of the third month of use my shoulder pain in the mornings started just like with a traditional pillow. This has now been followed with severe pain across my neck and shoulders. There is no way to adjust the pillow to try to get relief. Heading out to buy a regular pillow.
