Been on the dji band for a while but after using this product I realized this company cares for their customers and they design their product covering the struggles of all videographers. The resting base really does help when you’re shooting something for more than an hour I never thought I would be exited to use this stabilizer. Totally worth it ... show more

Bought this in spring of 2023 and it was great. Used for a few small projects with short shoot times and it preformed well. Recently started using it to film high school football games but it’s dead by half time. Warranty support hasn’t been helpful, making you jump through tons of hoops to get anywhere. The screw that holds the first motor is of very poor quality and no matter how well you balance it, it comes loose from time to time. The battery leaves a lot to be desired, according to it it should last 21 hours but it only lasted 8 hours with a Sony a7iv and its 24-70 sigma lens. When on the weebill it lasts the same.
