Initially I was hesitant about buying these because some reviews said they would bleed through the pages, but to my delight they do not! I'm using these highlighters for my Bible study and I love every color this package came with. As you can see they are not bright colors which is exactly what I was looking for. The cap, when twisted, comes off easily and when holding the marker my hand is very comfortable. The only thing is that when I received it the plastic protecting the highlighters was broken which I'm sad about because I wanted to use it for storage (I know this is probably not their fault). ... show more

as you can tell, i’m very excited for my new AP class this upcoming school year, so i wanted to get some highlighters that didn’t smudge pen ink after highlighting over it. and these highlighters do JUST that. it could be different for specific pen types, but there was no smudging after i let the ink dry and then put the highlighter over it. also, SUPER PRETTY COLORS!!! ... show more

These markers dry really fast and look beautiful! I got the Vintage colors set, and the variety is great. The cool pack of highlighters is a little too dark for me; you can’t really see text underneath if you use any of them other than the lightest blue. I did run into some bleeding, but only with certain fountain ink pens, which makes sense. I don’t really use the cool pack at all, which is a bit disappointing, but the other set makes it worth it. The warm pack is PERFECT, vibrant but doesn’t ruin or smear any words and I love all the colors so much! A single layer gets the job done well. I’m IMPRESSED by how these highlighters don’t really show through Bible pages (mine are extremely thin.) You can see in some pictures that the other side of the page has barely noticeable markings, so that’s great. There’s an impression if anything, but not distinct color. I do wish they were smaller; my Bible’s text size is “Comfort”, aka small, so the thin side of the highlighter is too thin and looks sloppy if you do layers, but the thick side is just a bit too large to use skillfully. It takes some getting used to, but eventually you learn the angle to use them with and it can be figured out. They’re just a little chunky to hold, but I knew that from the picture. The ink runs smooth and easy; they aren’t dry at all. Sometimes they wrinkled my page badly when I wasn’t even pressing hard, but I guess you just have to press extra-extra light. These are some juicy highlighters and will easily bleed through or pool on most surfaces. I've definitely been spoiled with other brands but these had such pretty colors I had to try. I'll probably keep them to use as markers instead. Also wanted to let you know that they're super uncomfortable for adult size hands. ... show more
