I really like this PSU and its worked great for me, but honestly I'm likely going to be replacing it within the next year or two simply due to it being neither modular or a "name brand". This doesn't make this a bad PSU, it looks sweet and has had no issues, but quite frankly I just wish I would've spent more and bought something else and I recommend you do the same. It's the POWER SUPPLY, pretty important, get the absolute best you can afford. Corsair still has non-modular power supplies if you're on a budget. This unit gets a bad rep but I have 0 issues. Works well for my system which isn't anything super powerful but you do the math and get the right size psu for your parts. Tye rgb could be slightly brighter but my psu unit is mounted upside down to increase cooling inside my case anyways and you can only make out a little rgb coming out of the bottom vent. ... show more

For the price this thing is pretty nice. It's pretty quiet (in quiet mode) and it sounds like a hair dryer when you turn that feature off. The case material is thin so be mindful when you install it. Also, take not of which direction the fan faces and if that works for your case, otherwise you won't get much enjoyment from the fan LEDs. For the price though, you get a bronze power supply for the price of white / non rated one. I would definitely buy one again for a budget build. ... show more

I don't like the fact the CPU cable doesn't state CPU, but instead its blank, a first time builder could be confused by that, most importantly, the GPU cable does state Pcie, so that's good, and I dislike the fact the company markets this as modular when it isnt modular at all.
