This chair is not as described. When I receive the chair; I noticed the parts did not align correctly. I did my best to assemble it and connected all of the hoses. The chair made a loud hissing sound as air escaped the main assembly. I asked the vendor for a replacement but they instead tried to ge me to disassemble the main control box and troubleshoot the issue. I asked to return the product and to my suprise; I had to pay return shipping. That cost me $181. So overall doing business with this vendor "FU inc." Is a very bad idea. STAY AWAY! ... show more

No 3 yr Warranty! Chair comes with limited 1 year warranty. Not 3 yr as ADVERTISED! Chair is hard to set controls.too short for me(i'm 5'2" ) knees still bent even after fully extending leg extensions. heater function can't be regulated, it gets VERY HOT! HAND/REMOTE buttons will not light up so u must use a different light source to adjust your settings in dim or dark room. Air bags squeezed my lower legs so hard it hurt me. Item arrived damaged. One of the attachment pins was rusted and damaged as were the shipping boxes and an area under the feet. PLEASE KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKING MATERIAL UNTIL YOU ARE SURE THIS CHAIR IS FOR YOU! you can't easily find any to fit the items for return. Comes in 3 large boxes. No warranty info arrived with the chair. Had to request detailed instructions on how to operate and for warranty paperwork. Seller sent me a similar version of the user manual that came with the chair, except, it had details of a Limited 1 year warranty. I was emailed this pdf file from a company rep calling himself James. Funny, the first glowing review of this chair, is also james. We returned this chair for a refund. Its a great Looking chair. The 0 g is nice. We don't feel the chair is as ADVERTISED and the warranty was one of the main reasons I even bought the chair. It didnt work for our needs.it ws s burning hot and hard for us to use. P.s if you buy and return, the chair is pretty easy to disassemble, however, to remove the base from the back, we had to turn the chair on its side, to access a spring lever underneath to release the back from the base. Ps.s in the manual. It states you are not to disassemble the chair, careful to get documentation of permission or instruction from seller if you return. If you keep the chair and disassemble, you might void what limited warranty there is. ... show more

Update!! I was forced from this company to give them a 5 star review or they wouldn't send me my free gifts. Then they didn't even give me but 1 although it was suppose to be 2 gifts! The chair is nice however unless you are tall you can't use the head/neck rest. The back is hard so you do have to use a pillow behind you. The rest of the chair is nice & has been working correctly. NO INSTRUCTIONS!! I would have given them a 4 star even after the few issues but not with there service being blackmailed into not providing an honest review! You will have to go to utube to see how to put it together & how it works. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The chair arrived late. Came in 3 different very large boxes. The first 2 boxes contain the main unit and back-rest. The 3rd box contains the arm rest and the freaking instructions!! It takes 2 people to assemble. One to hold the unit in place and someone else to screw. The actual product is wonderful I’ve used it only 2 times and I feel like it is definitely worth the amount I paid for it! The foot massager is the bomb and I really like the back rollers. I am 4,11which makes me too short to enjoy the shoulder airbag or neck massage. Other than the delivery 🚚 📦 the chair is a great purchase! Oh it says you get a gift for leaving a review but I’ve read others say they never received anything after reviewing so I will update you all when I find out Update It’s Been a month and no gift! Update it is September I purchased in April I still haven’t received a call back or message from the seller about product problems. This is substandard quality! The rollers only get your lower back, the pads are inflate/deflate and didn’t even work at the shoulders or neck. Mine came and the motherboard had to be replaced. I had to pay someone to replace it. They wouldn’t take the chair back or credit me for the non working chair. I had to end up selling it for 200.00. ... show more

Update ..I had a few issues but the seller came through great. They quickly replaced the back and all is great. Definitely a 5 star chair.love it Update: I got this today. The wheels were bend and could not be put on. Also, the rollers for the lower back don't move, it only provides heat. According to what I see, it should be working. I am waiting for a response from the seller update The seller contacted me pretty quick by email and gave me something to try. I sent a diagram to open the panel box and make sure everything is connected. I took the 2 screws out as instructed, but I can not figure out how to open the box, so I am waiting to be contacted again for more info. I will update further when I have more to add, but I do love this chair. ... show more
