I have had this pillow for 4 weeks. I would have given it 5 stars and a stellar review as it really worked magic for me... If it was still working. The neck cushion stopped inflating after only 3 weeks, which has me concerned about the long-term reliability of the product. Otherwise, it is really a great product. The height adjustment process is so smooth that you just can't notice it. And the A.I. algorithm continuously learns and improves the pillow response. My wife said that my snoring would stop after 10-15s and it was no longer waking her up at night. I decided to order a replacement, because the quality of my sleep improved so much after one week of use, that I really want to believe that it was just one defective product and a yield issue. Note that you have to keep your phone with WiFi enabled, as the Zerema app seems to need access to the cloud for some processing. And you need to keep your phone plugged-in all night otherwise the app will literally drain the battery in 4-5 hours. ... show more

I was skeptical at 1st... $299 for a pillow with 29 reviews that are shaky at best... Little history, I'm a USMC vet with PTSD and I usually sleep 2-4 hours broken sometimes straight through. Since this pillow, I sleep 5-6hrs without waking up at all, my wife says I haven't moved or snored once since I started using this pillow. So cudoes there... Sleep is a secondary tool for me as I'm used to not. This pillow works great for me, the adjustments the pillow does are so subtle you don't notice at all, just fills the empty space around your head, neck area. Just remember it's a pillow, not a miracle worker, just small adjustments to help one sleep better. So 45 days later... the pillow just doesn't inflate anymore and is now just a paper weight till I get a tempurpedic... at 299$ a little rich and having time keep your phone on and open on the screen at night while trying to sleep, even with it faced down, I sleep in bpitch darkness... anyways, dropped from a 5 to a 2... womp womp.. ... show more

I purchased this in October as a gift. It remained in the original packaging in a dry environment. Today the recipient opened. The pillow is clearly mildewed. It smells so badly it will have to be thrown away. Very sorry. I have heard good things about this and was looking forward to seeing it work it’s magic. ... show more

    • Thankful I purchased my Zerema.
I don't often write reviews but I was beyond thrilled after purchasing this pillow. I suffer from undiagnosed sleep apnea (but just ask my wife, she'll tell you) I snore and often don't get a very deep sleep. My wife noticed that if she is able to gently nudge me throughout the night that my snoring would stop for a brief amount of time. Obviously this isn't a great solution and I think these little annoyances can add up in a relationship. I won't say this pillow has been saving our relationship but it definitely gives us one less thing for us to have contention over. This pillow does exactly what my wife would have to do constantly throughout the night, it gently nudges your head and interrupts your snores before they become more intense. It not only helps her get better sleep but it also helps give me some of the best sleep that I have ever had. I didn't even realize how many issues my sleepless nights were causing me health-wise. If you are on the fence about purchasing this pillow I highly recommend it. The Zerema pillow was a great buy! I've experienced different pillows in the past and by far, this has been the best one. I decided to write my first review on Amazon to help another customers that might be interested. My family and girlfriend have complained about my snoring problems. I've tried different solutions but nothing has helped. This changed just a couple of days after I started using the Zerema pillow. My snoring decreased drastically! What I've found to be the most amazing aspect of the pillow it's the smart app connection and the sleeping patterns that it records. It is incredible that the pillow automatically adjusts the height based on data that it records based on your sleeping patterns. I also like that it's very soft and comfortable for my neck. The Zerema smart pillow is great. I haven't write any review but this time I will write it because this is a great product that will benefit a lot of people. My mom snores a lot while she is sleeping and often wakes up because of her loud snore. Once she started using this Zerema smart pillow her snoring and sleep experience improved dramatically. Once I plugged the pillow into the app and started monitoring her sleep it helps adjust the height and angle of the head so that her breathing condition is improved. After a week of using this Zerema smart pillow she gained more energy during the day. The soft-cell memory foam makes it even more comfortable to sleep on.     • Bought to stop snoring
Ok I’ve pissed off my lady for a while with my snoring. I saw this on Amazon and the price was steep. For a pillow that is. I was hoping this would adjust for me when I was snoring. It doesn’t help stop my snoring. It doesn’t adjust my neck or head angle either. Thought that’s what it is supposed to do. I’ve used this for almost a whole month. Guess there is no replacement on a future sleep study. Feel duked on this purchase. Thought it’s supposed to adjust my head to stop or reduce snoring. I set it up like the directions said to. Also the alarm feature doesn’t work either. So save your money. Unless you just don’t care about cost. That’s cool too. I’ve read they don’t do returns. So I’m stuck like Chuck wtf lol. ... show more
