We love it. Modern style. Perhaps not all the whistles of other more expensive products, but this does the work and looks awesome in our Kitchen. Changing the door handle to the right side was easy. The two zones work extremely well. Great capacity. We did have an issue with noise. After following the troubleshoot we realized it was something else. I was a little afraid to go over the process of trying them to get it checked, the warranty, etc. I have to say they made it really easy. I had a technician coming and in 5 minutes he assessed the problem and came a few weeks back with the parts to have it fixed. Everything went smooth and issue was totally fixed. Yes, I recommend this product.

Used this to replace our old fridge and have been very happy. As long as it lasts many years, it will be perfect. A couple reasons we like it: * Prefer side by side temperature and rack system * Rack arrangement works well for fat bottles (the way we use it) * Quiet (at least for our area - which is the kitchen) * Pull out wine racks make it easy to identify bottles * Metal racks are thin and seem to allow more space between shelves than wood shelves * It arrived with no issues that people have seen with other vendors. Perfectly intact. Installed in 10 minutes * You can keep an open bottle cool in the right side area if you create a stand-up area Minor gripes * Glass racks on the right side do not really support laying things down. It feels like you will scratch the glass and the nothing keeps the bottle from rolling. Only the bottom plastic shelf is appropriate for it. * Shipping was painful. Came late. They never called to schedule the delivery so I had to call them a couple of time (woman on the phone was very nice and helpful though). Driver was a bit argumentative about where to put it. They wouldn't bring it in the house, only the garage. Note, they have another unit that goes down 4 more degrees (from 38 to 34) and has multi-color lighting. I didn't find the few degrees worth it. A few more details apparent from the picture We took out one of the glass racks and that made it very easy to have a standing bottle area on the top. It could probably handle 8 sparkling wine bottles (plus more sparkling laying down on the bottom for those you want to keep the cork touching liquid). We put in 4 sparkling bottles and about 10 bottles of Topo Chico. We set that side at 38 degrees and are perfectly happy. The glass racks do slide out a bit so you can stand up canned beverages and see the label of things behind the front row. On the left side, we put all of our whites at 50 degrees. Every bottle we tried has fit. The pull-out action on the wine racks has been good. Comes out about 1/3rd of the way so you can see the label on the two bottles that are laying with the bottom at the front. The quality and vendor stories on other units under $3000 were pretty poor so it was comforting to see the reviews on this one. There have been some comments about the door handle screws. They seem to have improved a little and it was confusing but I got it done. The manual makes it appear that you have to partially remove the door seal. Turns out you are just pushing it to the side and not removing it from the track. Once I figured that out, the door handles went on quite easily. Unit is very heavy. We used a furniture dolly and protected the unit with one of the foam panels in the box and that made it easy to transport and slide into the enclosure. It's a tight fit - maybe 1/4 inch all the way around, just like the last one we had. Our previous unit had been perfectly acceptable - lasted 7 years before starting to make a lot of noise. Main thing we wanted to improve was the rack system - the traditional style is really poor for fat bottles like sparkling. It wasn't this one but the same style (https://www.amazon.com/Kalamera-refrigerator-Freestanding-Triple-Layer-Temperature/dp/B085WRC7FS/). This meant that we had to put sparkling on the top zone and the bottom zone, meaning I needed the same temp in each zone. Our main fear replacing it was finding a unit that would arrive intact and last for many years. It has succeeded on the first item. Time will tell on the second.

Purchased the Zephyr Brisas beverage cooler to replace an old wine cooler that failed. The adjustable shelves and dual temperature controls are very nice features that allow us to store wine on one side and other beverages on other side of the unit. Nice appearance. There are dual fans on the unit run about every 30 seconds to circulate air. One of the fans had a buzzing / humming sound though not very loud was at a pitch that was annoying because it cycled on and off so frequently. I contacted Zephyr customer support and they arranged a service call with a local appliance repair company. Service technician arrived with a replacement fan and the noise was eliminated with new fan. Tech speculated the blades may have been out of balance. Very pleased with Zephyr customer service responsiveness.

Very pleased with it. Sound is there but no more then expected. Never really notice it unless nearby. Looks great with the blue lights. Had condensation on the outside glass and fingerprints between the double panes, but they sent a replacement door immediately as well as an extra rubber seal. No issues since.

Was looking for dual wine and beverage cooler that would fit under my counter. It was tricky finding the right size to fit in pace of an under counter cabinet we removed to create fridge space. So far very quiet, fits a lot of bottles/cans, and maintaining temp. I hope it holds up for the price - seems like some coolers have short lifetimes per other reviews. Only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars was although tightly packaged, unit arrived w dented kick plate - I emailed company and they shipped a brand new one very quickly - infortunatley it was the wrong plate/did not fit. My contractor was able to reshape the original damaged one and it looks fine/not really noticeable.

First, a shout-out for a company that knows how to package and protect an item. I worried about receiving this wine refrigerator after reading countless reviews of other products damaged in shipping. They could have parachuted this one and it would have withstood the landing. Excellent packaging. No damage or issues. Handled with care throughout the process. Unit comes with clear simple instructions to get it up and running (ok holding the gaskets back to screw in the door handles is a pain, but not a big deal). We had a bottle of wine chilled down to 42 degrees the same night I plugged it in (took a few hours to reach temp setting but that’s to be expected). Unit is pretty quiet - if you’re close to it and the compressor is running you can hear it, but not in a way that distracts. Shelves are easy to adjust so you can fit varying sizes of cans/bottles on the right side. Wine side - well, finally! Someone made a wine fridge that accommodates burgundy-style bottles without being forced to remove a shelf. Bravo. Easily handles three bottles, and even a longer bottle format (see attached pic). Be aware, it takes a little longer for unit to arrive. It’s worth the wait, so be patient (especially with local shipping backlogs). All in all, the extra money spent for a higher quality unit was worth it.
