The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love it! It’s so adorable and matches my decorum perfectly. It was easy to put together and shipped quickly. Only con I had was the fur. I’ve been finding pieces of the fur falling off and there hasn’t been a cat in the house yet. I don’t see any patches so I’m not concerned. A little worried for when the cat comes but we’ll see why happens. I can imagine if it’s falling off on its own it will definitely come off with the cat scratching at it. Perfect size cat tree for my tiny area. The assembly took a little brainstorming & time because the instructions weren’t extremely clear. But we figured out how to put it together after 10 minutes of analyzing all the pieces. It’s very soft & aesthetically pleasing to the eye. My cat likes it a lot, especially the balls attached to the sides. She’s wary of going all the way to the top because it does wobble when she jumps up there, and one of the spaces is too small for her to climb into so she mainly hangs out around the bottom. Amazing for the price! This has been our kitten’s favorite since we got her. She loves sleeping on the top. It does get loose and wobbly after she plays on it, so tighting it up about once a month is needed!

While this is a great option for a cheap cat tree, I'm disappointed in the size. I decided to get drunk one night and go amazon shopping and bought this without reading the reviews. As many of the reviews have stated, it's very small and more so meant for kittens or smaller sized cats. I haven't had the money to spend on a large, quality cat tree so when I saw this on Prime day I was so excited! The next morning, after my drunk shenanigans, I read the reviews and was very nervous to get my package and assemble the cat tree. As other reviews have stated, it's very small. I have 2 cats, one is large and the other is on the smaller side. Only my small cat can use it for lounging, but she loves it at least! My large cat also likes the scratching post, so he gets some use out of it. Pretty solid cat tree, it's just not meant for larger cats. If you have larger cats, spend the extra money and get a bigger cat tree. ... show more

Couple of things: 1. Pictures are a bit misleading, our adult cats find it too compact on those pole set ups on top. Even our petite female, barely 8ish lbs finds it too compact. I removed those and combined a couple parts to make a second, lower spot. Maybe it'll just be for you storage lol. 2. Removing the poles on top doesn't effect anything, and makes a great spot for laying and looking out the window! It's tall and it's sturdy for sure. I may remove the "steps" too, they don't bear weight. 3. Instructions are awful, really confusing for no reason. The bags don't have numbers or letters so it's the picture matching game :/ 4. The ball on a string comes right off lmao. They still play with the string and ball separately though, so technically I have 2 toys for free? 5. Pro tip, lots of cats like flat cardboard scratchers, so if yours doesn't like the rough string stuff on the poles, get cardboard!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product is not worth your time. First off the quality of the materials is severely lacking, second off when I got the cat tree it was missing parts and pieces, and third off the instructions suck. To address the quality of the materials I'd like to mention that the wood holding it all up is made of a particle board that does not hold up longterm and the carpeting is cheaply made. My cat could tear this carpeting up in no time at all. The other issue with quality that I have is that not all the bolt holes line up as they should. This is exceedingly inconvenient and I'm lucky to have gotten most of it together. My second issue is that it was missing parts and pieces. I counted the amount of bolts I needed when I first started this project and realized they had not shipped me the right amount. This wasn't to big of a deal for me considering I have access to my own collection of bolts. However, it is still a hassle and I should be getting all the bolts I need with the item I have ordered. The other thing I noticed is that the top most perch does not have carpeting on the top of it. I checked the product photos here on Amazon and you can see that it is supposed to come with carpeting on the top of the perch. My third and final grievance with this product is that the instructions suck. They literally give you a one page diagram. It's one of those expanded out diagrams that show how it's all supposed to go together. These diagrams are not at all what I expect when I open my package and grab the instructions. To conclude it all, I do not recommend buying this from zeny and seeing how horrible this product was, I'm not sure I could recommend buying any of their other products. I draw this conclusion off of what I have experienced with them and hope this seriously dissuades people from getting this product until this company has looked into fixing these issues. ... show more
