Excellent Shades

These are a great purchase. They are subtly stylish with the light bamboo temples and rectangular aviator lenses. They have held up very well and are very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend them. Just a general note regarding polarized lenses: they work very well in properly reducing sun in your eyes, but, if you drive a car with an HUD, you may notice that the HUD appears not to work. The reason is that HUDs operate by projecting a polarized display on your front window; but its polarization may be perpendicular to that of the glasses, which would block the view of the display. This of course applies to any polarized sunglasses (no matter how expensive). The only solution is to drive while lying sideways (thus aligning the polarization), but this is really NOT recommended. So you need not take your expensive car to the dealer to get the HUD repaired [which I did not do, I just figured it out from basic physics]. P.S. The same would apply if you were trying to use your HUD in your B-2 stealth bomber.

Classic Aviator Look Without the Premium Price

I bought these because I’ve always liked the classic Ray-Ban aviator style and previously owned a pair that looked very similar to these. For the money, these are honestly a great value. They look good, fit well overall, and don’t feel cheap the way a lot of lower-cost sunglasses do. The polarized lenses were also a nice bonus at this price point. The only adjustment I had to make was slightly spreading the nose grips to get them to sit comfortably on the bridge of my nose, but once I did that they fit great. Overall, if you like the aviator style but don’t necessarily want to spend premium-brand money, I think these are definitely worth considering.

Great product. Low Cost. I only purchase Zenottics as I tend to lose or break sunglasses. This product ships quickly, I typically receive shipments within 3-4 business days. The cartons come with fully protected sunglasses and a night bag to put the glasses in for protection. Definitely a must purchase for those of us who are worried about losing a $200+ pair of sunglasses.

Stylish with decent lenses

Overall these are some cool stylish sunglasses for the price. I have to dock them a star for materials. If these really are wood and metal frames, they are the most plasticy feeling metal and wood ive ever seen. While they look convincing from a distance, they feel very light and cheap. My biggest complaint with the design and materials though is probably the way the rubber nose pads attach. They flex and move more than they should where they attach to the frame. They stay on my face just fine, but they feel a little weird and gummy when im taking them on and off. The lenses are surprisingly good though in terms of clarity and color. You get that nice HDR contrast effect where colors pop a bit more and shadows are darker. No noticable distortion. And the green hue is very subtle. The big difference you'll get with these versus high end lenses is the glare and reflection on the inside of the lense. And i guess being plastic lenses without any kind of special coating, they are prone to oily smudges that are difficult to clean. They are actually a little on the larger size which is nice since a lot of these cheaper chinese made sunglasses tend to be smaller. But these fit my medium-large head really well. If anything they are just on the verge of being slightly too big for me, or for my taste anyway.

Surprisingly premium for the price

Love these for the price. The polarized lenses actually work, and the wood/metal combo gives them a more premium look than I expected. They’re lightweight enough that they don’t feel heavy on your face, but still solid enough that they don’t feel cheap or flimsy either. Only real complaint is the nose pieces. They feel a little lower quality than the rest of the glasses and can be kind of picky about placement — sometimes you have to slide them into the perfect spot or they feel slightly off. Once adjusted though, they’re comfortable and look great. Honestly give off “I own a boat” energy for a fraction of the cost.

Disappointing quality and poor lens performance

I was really disappointed with these sunglasses. They look substantially nicer in the product photos than they do in person. The frame and wooden components feel very cheap and flimsy, and the overall construction doesn't have the quality or sturdiness I was expecting from the listing. The lenses were an even bigger problem. The polarization was extremely inconsistent across the lens. It seemed very strong toward the top but almost nonexistent toward the bottom, which was especially noticeable while driving. Rather than simply reducing glare, the inconsistent polarization created a strange visual effect and made my vision feel distorted and uncomfortable. I found myself having to take the glasses off because they weren't helping my eyes while driving or even just being outdoors. The styling is nice enough in the photos, but the actual materials, construction, and especially the lens quality don't live up to the appearance of the product listing. Unfortunately, these are going back. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.
