This versatile chair features a reclining option that allows you to adjust the angle of the chair back, making it easier to sit back and relax! The chair also folds down for easy storage and transportation. The proprietary Highwood high-grade poly lumber used in this product offers the most realistic look of natural wood WITHOUT the headaches of maintaining or replacing every few seasons. This product has been load-tested, per ASTM F1858-98 (2008) standard for outdoor reclining plastic furniture and has a 400-pound weight capacity. I bought several, same brand, same color. The adjustable adult size is my pick. I am 5' 3" 145lbs. Heaven to sit in. Assembled all my chairs and tables by myself. Easy to put together. Beautiful color. Cannot wait to finish firepit area and start entertaining! Wind will not blow them over!! Customer service is amazing and very kind. Glad I did my research first!!! ... show more

Worth the price
Color: Nantucket Blue
MADE IN THE USA / GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE : Decided to get rid of crusty looking aluminum lawn furniture this year. Ordered thru Amazon because of the 0 interest for 18 months payment!! 2 Garden chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, Side table, Backless bench and a Garden bench. The color of all the pieces is nantucket blue, the look and the feel of the pieces looks / feel real. Reached out to the other manufacturers for sample of colors, never heard back. The young lady at HARDWOODS was pleasant and helpful the both times I contacted them ( She should get a 10% commission from the sale, about $200, because of her I finally decided to go with HIGHWOOD). With the right tools (cordless drill,Hex Head Allen Wrench Drill Bit and grandkids) the builds went well and pieces fitted together well. Looking forward for years to come family and friends enjoying the cool fall and winter nights in SFLA while sitting on these comfortable /sturdy/well made pieces of furniture. Thank you HIGHWOOD!! Thank you AMAZON for selling quality products. NOTE!!!! 10 months later both Adirondack Chairs arms finish were fading and slats were fading on one of the chairs, Contacted Highwood, issued resolved with 1 new chair and arms for the other. Again great service, great product, great warranty and MADE IN THE USA !!!!!!!!!!!! ... show more

Color: Nantucket Blue
Review Image by Deb Deb
This adirondack chair is decent for the price....wouldn't want to pay anymore than I paid for it. A little disappointed since it's not the color shade I was expecting from the picture on my computer. It's more of a lighter blue and was expecting more of a dark grayish blue. The color is still pretty but wanted the blue to be a little deeper. Otherwise I like that it reclines 3 levels. ... show more

Easy to assemble and comfortable
Color: Nantucket Blue
These are lighter than another brand I bought last year. Easier to carry, but it makes them feel less sturdy. The chairs went together well and I could do it without a second pair of hands. The instructions could be a little clearer - but it was fine. The chairs are comfortable and look good. That's the most important thing! ... show more

Beautiful and very comfortable
Color: Nantucket Blue
I got two of these chairs, after much deliberation and reconsideration. I am so glad I did, because they look good and are very comfortable to sit in. When I opened one, the included hardware was missing an important bolt. I immediately contacted Highwood, and customer service from Highwood could not have been better. I got email responses within about an hour, and after submitting the required information like proof of purchase, the model number and what it was that was missing, they promptly FedeXed a complete set of replacement hardware to me. ... show more

Looks really nice, color is great, little bit more flexible than expected.
Color: Nantucket Blue
Style and comfort are great. Assembly was super easy (less than 10 min all told). chair flexes a bit more than I'd like it to when you use the arms to push yourself up and out of the chair. Could be a matter of the chair being the "foldable" style...but I wish this model had the spreader bar at the base of the front two legs like other similar models from the same manufacturer had. i think that would help with this model's flexibility a lot. ... show more

Ok Adirondack Chair
Color: Nantucket Blue
I know this chair got a lot of great reviews, which is why I bought it. But for the money, it’s not that great. I wanted a good Adirondack chair made from composite material. I have sat in very well made, very comfortable composite Adirondack chairs, which I was hoping this would be. It is nice that this chair is adjustable and somewhat collapsible, but it isn’t super solid. The chair sits quite low. A couple inches higher off the ground would be much better and would probably make it more comfortable. The edges of the composite pieces are not sanded nor finished very well. Other similarly priced composite Adirondack chairs have nicely finished edges, are more comfortable and are more solid. ... show more
