The plug had to be gingerly plugged in for it to charge. The original apple plug had become worn, and I thought the socket of the ipad was the problem. Turns out it was all the apple plug that was failing. With the Zendure Supercord, the ipad charges easily every time the plug is inserted. This charging cord is very durable. Charges my phone and I don’t have to worry about it not working because it is messed up from being bent by the plug.

After giving a 5 star review I am now very disappointed. I can’t get it to work. It acts as if it is not getting a good connection. This is the shortest amount of time that any wire has quit working. I am not sure why as the cord it self still looks brand new???

I’ve only had the cords for a month, but so far so good! And because they have a lifetime warranty I’m feeling very comfortable with the purchase. I contacted the company and was told that I can return it for a full refund no matter what the reason is that it broke.
