This little window breaker has a hammer on one end and the window breaker on the other end and a seatbelt cutter. It’s smaller than I thought it would be. Comes with a Velcro strap. It shows in the pictures online that it can be used to place on your sun visor. It gives me peace of mind in case I would ever need it for myself or someone else. I haven’t had to use, of course I hope I never do, so I haven’t had anything to test it on so far.

This Car Safety Hammer is a 3-in-1 emergency escape tool. The tool has a seat belt cutter, a window breaker, and a hammer, which makes it an excellent tool to have in case of emergencies. The quality of the tool seems fairly good, and it appears to be durable, which is reassuring in times of crisis. However, I must point out that the tool's light weight may make it less effective for some users, particularly those who lack upper body strength. While the car Safety Hammer is “for Lady” and apparently is designed specifically for female users, its light weight and small. However, the lack of weight could make it challenging to generate enough force to break a car window during an emergency. It may be more suitable for someone with some strength who can hit the window harder. Aside from this issue, I think this Car Safety Hammer is a great investment for any car owner to have on hand. The tool is compact and easily accessible. I hope I will never have to use it, but it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have a tool that could potentially save a life in an emergency situation.

I’m so happy with this product I have it in my glove compartment. I tested it on an old seat belt strap (my husband restores classic cars) and old car window and the seat belt cutter and window breaker work great no complaints.

The hammer is on the heavy side, and has a protruding nib at the end of it, so I have little doubt it'll bust through my car window in an emergency. And I tried out the seatbelt cutting blade on an old piece of stretched fabric and had no problem cutting through it swiftly. Having this safety hammer in the car certainly brings peace of mind. Overall, glad to have this tool and hope I never need it! Not sure why it comes with the Velcro strap, but perhaps it's there to attach it to your visor or some other convenient place in the car. The strap also covers up the blade, but maybe that's not a good thing. I may end up taking the strap off.

It is great to feel safe. I have watched too many movies where this tool would have saved a life. This all in one is great insurance. You don't want to need it but if you did, you will be glad you had it. I love that is one tool able to smash your window or cut your seatbelt in an emergency. A must for any car.

In my test breaking bottles of all sorts, this glass breaker was the better of the two models I tested. It broke the glass with just a slight tap. Here are the shortcomings (no pun intended). The handle is much shorter that the other model I tested and I'd be concerned that in a crisis situation where this hammer might slip out of sweaty or perhaps bloody hands. There is a point protector that if not pulled off completely could perhaps swing back onto the point, softening the blow, remember that this tool could possibly be used in some harrowing situations. You'll need to decide regarding the handle length. The glass breaker does work extremely well.

I hope I never have to use this tool, but if I do, I'm happy to have it in the car. It's a reasonable size, not too large but not as small as the ones people put on a keychain. I think this size will be much better if I ever have to use it. The hammer comes with a plastic cover for the hammer point and a recessed blade for slicing a seat belt. The blade is not protected except for the fact that it's set well back in the handle. There's a strapping system attached that will let you keep it on the visor which is probably a good idea if you should need it. I prefer to keep mine in the glove box or door pocket.
