I have degeneration in my spine and ended up in the ER a few months ago due to sciatic nerve pain and hip joint pain. I have been through physical therapy and now the chiropractor but still woke up with stiffness and soreness. I was given a tens unit to use to help manage pain. The last thing I could think of was to get a better bed. So I researched hybrid mattresses for two weeks learning about coil counts/ thicknesses, different types of foams and firmnesses. I finally narrowed it down to two mattresses on Amazon as the ones in the local stores were too expensive. I will start by saying it took a week for delivery. It comes in a huge box rolled up and vacuum sealed. Please be aware that this mattress is HEAVY. It took me a while to push and pull it down the hall and get it on the frame to cut the plastic so get help if you need it. Once I got it unwrapped I realized that I put it in the bed upside down which took forever for me to get it turned and flipped but managed! It fluffed up almost immediately and you won’t have to wait the entire 72 hours. I slept on mine the same night. This is a TERRIFIC MATTRESS!! It is a medium firm yet soft and comfortable. I woke up the next morning with no back pain or stiffness. Mo sinking in the middle. The support is amazing and I honestly don’t want to get out of it. My research paid off and I feel good about the investment. This one was a little more expensive but it is well worth the money. I have had it only two days but couldn’t wait to write the review. Delivery was a snap. If you are I’m the fence about which mattress to buy and want back support with no sinking feeling this is the one for you! I have mine on a low platform frame - no box spring necessary and there were no flaws in the mattress whatsoever. Beautifully crafted. Thank you so much for making my sleep quality better than it has been in years!!!

Very satisfied with this purchase!!! used to wake up with back pain from my old mattress, but this one’s been a total game-changer! I’ve been sleeping on it for more than a month now, and it’s super comfy with just the right amount of support — no more waking up sore. The memory foam molds to my body perfectly . Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. If you’re looking for better sleep and a smooth buying experience, highly recommend it! ( just a heads up — this thing is heavy, so you’ll probably want an extra set of hands to move it.)

Just as I figured it would be. Firm but not to much. The only complaint would be that the edges are a little to soft. When I sit on them they tend to sink a little to much for my liking. This is very good mattress and if I get 7 good years out of it. It would be money well spent. ✨️

After 2 weeks use, I really happy for the decision of the buying this mattress. I have neck stress issue. Anything too soft not provide enough support that bother my neck. I also don’t sleep well if too firm. This one is perfect. The thick topper provides great comfort and perfect support. It’s great quality for this price. The fabric is breathable and soft. It came with vacuum well packed in a box. Convenient to move /put in even not a big size room. It will take a few minutes for it to auto shape it supposed to when unsealed the vacuum packing. I letted it sit for about 10 minutes then lay onto the bedframe I bought from them too. So far so good, value for the money

I'm in my late 70's as is my wife. I am not as strong as I was 20 years ago. The mattress was delivered outside our basement garage door at 6:45 a.m. with rain in the weather forecast. I slid the box with considerable effort into the basement garage. It needs to go upstairs to the second floor. I cannot pick it up or move it up stairs even when strapped to a wheeled dolly. This mattress is too heavy for drop off delivery (maybe 200 pounds?). later, with the help of TWO strong young men the mattress box was moved into the master bedroom. We set the box on the foundation and cut away the cardboard box. There was nothing to indicate how to position the packed mattress so it would open on the correct side. We cut the outer plastic to open the roll and the mattress literally exploded open, not surprisingly upside down. It had to be turned over but this was not possible due to a ceiling fan overhead. A large dresser had to be moved out of the room so we could slide the open mattress off the foot of the foundation and flip it over. This took FOUR people to lift, push, pull and then reposition the mattress on the foundation (box springs). There was no need to let the mattress "relax" for 72 hours. It appeared full expanded. Four hours later I put on my night cap and crawled under the covers of our new bed. It was more comfortable than the Sleep Number we had been using. It really responds great to pressure points created by a side sleeper. I give it 5 stars for comfort and 0 stars for delivery and set-up.
