The color is a true bright, red exactly what I was looking for., for reference it is almost like a felt material, but it’s thick and is lined so you will be warm out in the colder weather. Not too heavy or bulky and has a flattering shape. - quality of material seems to be very good as well. Other reviews have said that the belt is quite long, but if you tie it in a bow that resolves that issue. Other people have also said that it seems to be tighter in the shoulders. - in my case it feels just perfect. I’m able to move my arms around freely but again it depends on the build of your body and how it hangs. With a cute black fur hat and some gloves to complete my outfit for New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas this coat is the absolute perfect accent for style and warmth. For reference, I am 146 pounds and 5 foot tall and I ordered a large and it’s big enough where I can still wear a lightweight sweater under it comfortably. Its warm, super cute, fits me everywhere right as a mid size girly, not too short, and sleeves are nice length 1 start because button came off and I resowed all the buttons because they were very loose. This is absolutely, hands down THE WORST PURCHASE I have EVER made. I wish I would have heeded the warnings of other reviews, but as usual: I want to believe the good, so I bought it anyway. It arrives all scrunched up in a vacuum-sealed package, so it’s wrinkled. It comes with zero care instructions. I hung it on a hanger in my bathroom, near the shower, for a whole week, in the hope that the wrinkles would fall out. They didn’t. So the night of the event that I purchased this for: I went to iron it. BIG MISTAKE. First press of the iron: the fabric melted. Yes, you heard that right: MELTED. So now, there is an iron impression in a single spot. It didn’t burn a black spot, just melted the fabric. So now my iron has melted red pseudo-fabric stuck to it. And I had no cute red pea coat to wear to my event. I don’t even know if dry cleaning would get the wrinkles out. Before you waste your money & purchase this: just throw your $75 straight into the trash bin. ... show more

It is made well and very cute, however, it looks great on a tall THIN person or short THIN person. It ties at the waist, so if you have any kind of large rear end, it will be VERY PRONOUNCED! Not very flattering. Just being honest. That is why I returned it.

This is a beautiful coat. It's great to wear with just about anything. The material is super soft. The coat runs small, so definitely size up. I am 5'3 and weight 160 lbs and size 38DD bra and ordered the XXL and it is plenty roomy for layering sweaters underneath. The cut is so pretty and different from any other A-line coat I've seen. I ordered the dark gray and it looks great. It will definitely keep you warm in the winter. It is well-made. It doesn't feel like it eill weight you down.
