It's so soft to lay on. Fluffed up nicely after a day out of packaging. The foam backing adds a layer of softness and skid-proofing. I'm going to order a second to completely cover the floor. So far, it's been very easy to keep clean.

What an odd rug! We love it! It’s perfect to take to college because it comes vacuum packed. I was skeptical to buy a rug that comes in a 12x12 package but for the price figured it was worth the gamble. When we opened it up in my son’s dorm room we were prepared for it to be awful but it was a nice big size and soft and cushiony. It was like a giant fuzzy bath mat with a bit of memory foam underneath. It’s hard to describe but everyone loves it. It’s too large to wash at college in a stackable washer/dryer but for the price who cares? I’m sure it will come home dirty but so will the rest of his dorm room belongings. :) It is a little slippery to walk on (foot to the rug) but it doesn’t slide around on the floor. We’ve never seen anything like it and would buy it again. ... show more
