This pillow is a sleep saver! I was experiencing a lot of pain when I slept at night, especially in the winter, when the temperatures are low. Our king sized foam topper on the bed gets hard in the colder months and my neck was suffering as my body would begin to sink into the foam but my head didn't sink into the pillow. I woke up with severe neck pain every day. I wasn't sure if it was the foam topper, pillow, or bed that was the problem. Plus, I am someone who sleeps on my back, sides, and stomach. So, all those pillows for back OR side OR stomach sleepers weren't helping. I read through the reviews for this pillow and decided to give it a try. I mean, it is cheaper than buying a new bed. I am SO glad I did! The first night I used it, I noticed a difference. I ended up buying the Queen Soft and actually removed the insert. I liked it so much, I bought one for my husband too. He is a back sleeper and he also got the soft pillow but kept the inset in place. I am so happy with this pillow. If you are having a hard time sleeping or waking up with pain, try it.     • Life changing pillow.

My wife has been suffering from painful numbness and tingling on the arms and hands, waking her up at 2 and 3 am almost every morning, she was so tired and ready to give up. Got to the point that night time was frightening just thinking of the terrible pain she was going to feel in a few hours. Looking for some kind of help, I came across these pillows and decided to give them a try. I can say that the first night using them we felt a big change. I said "we" because my shoulders and neck were giving me trouble too. After using them for a few nights, pain is significantly gone, she is able to rest without the pain waking her up and numbness is very seldom felt anymore. Just last week she got results on a MRI and we now know she has a pinched nerve on C-5. But these pillows have made a tremendous change in our sleep and I absolutely recommend them to anyone trying to have the proper posture needed to get a good night sleep. 100% recommend it. ... show more

I have tried almost every pillow out there to help me fall asleep and stay asleep comfortably, and have been extremely impressed by how well this pillow is doing. I’ve used pillows with cooling gels, goose down, special cotton blend, and a variety of other materials and they are all either too high or low or just plain uncomfortable. This pillow has done wonders for my sleep and I especially enjoy the removable piece in the middle of the pillow. Allows u to adjust the height to your liking especially if ur having certain days that you want your pillow slightly elevated or lower. The contours and great and I even have my toddler stealing my pillow at times because it gives him the comfort of having his head secured as he tosses and turns at times.     • Great pillow, reduces hubby's neck pain!

I purchased this pillow for my husband. His most recent pillow was few years old and hadn't held up well. It had lost a lot of its firmness and was causing him neck pain on a regular basis. He had never tried any of the contour pillows, so I thought maybe I'd order one and see if it helped. He LOOOVES this pillow. First night he reported decreased pain. After a few days he said he was still hurting, so I reminded him his pillow had an insert he could use to adjust the height. Removing the insert was EXACTLY what he needed. Now he is sleeping, waking up neck pain and headache free! I'm going to order me one too. I stole his one morning I slept in. I have a very expensive pillow that we had been trying to find him one identical to. I have a lot of neck problems and chronic pain issues (fibro, myofascial pain syndrome, tmj, tension headaches, cluster migraines - to name a few.) One thing i loved about this pillow is as a 100% side sleeper, it gives me flexibility to sleep fully supported without my arm under my head and pillow. It provides full support to my shoulder area for proper alignment. The side where your face goes is softer, so it doesn't trigger any pain/pressure points for me either. I was a bit shocked his pillow alleviated my headache/neck pain too in the 1 or 2 extra hours sleep I got that morning. I am buying one for myself now, just can't decide on standard or queen size. Lol. One last note, I am a side sleeper and occasionally wake up on my back. My husband is a back sleeper, side sleeper, and stomach sleeper, and this pillow is great for him for all 3. I don't write many reviews...in fact, I think this may be my first Amazon review. I am writing this review because my wife and I had spent the past few weeks researching new beds before I found the Zamat pillow! We were 100% certain we needed a new bed because we would both wake up with super tight backs and our upper back (T-spine) was so uncomfortable. Now mind you, we have already gone through 4 other "special" pillows so I was 99% sure it was NOT our pillow. After coming to terms with the fact we needed a new $4K bed I came across the Zamat pillow and figure what the heck...why not give it a try for $40. That turned out to be the best decision I have made in a LONG time. Within 2 days I was waking up feeling great my upper back pain was non-existent after 4 days. Needless to say, I ordered one for my wife, and she and I are sleeping better than ever and no longer wake up with stiff necks and upper thoracic spine pain. We are now ordering the same pillows for our kids and I will update this review if their experience is any different than ours. I suffer from terrible neck pain from an injury I got years ago. It got worse over time because going to sleep was my worst nightmare as I woke up with intense pain in my neck and lower back. I decided to give this pillow a chance as all the other pillows I bought were not working. This pillow changed the game for me, I sleep so well now, you can adjust the elevation of it to your liking and it really fits super well in my neck, im also a side sleeper and it works just as well.
