I've used this pillow for at least a year now and love it. It is soft, but supportive, and hasn't list it's quality over time. I roll around in my sleep- sometimes I'm on my stomach, other times I'm on my side it back. This pillow supports all sleeping positions and has resolved my constant neck pain. I also like that it has a cover that is removable and machine washable. I would buy it again for sure!

My girlfriend sleeps on her back and always complained about neck pain. Since she has been using the pillow she has no neck pain. It’s firm and high quality. The pillow is very firm. She misses a soft pillow sometimes and sleeps on a regular pillow , but then she wakes up with neck pain… and back to this neck pillow.

I injured my neck swimming 30+ years ago and since then can only sleep on low profile pillows as a stomach and back sleeper. In recent years however I started sleeping on my sides as well, which recently is causing my neck pains on my low traditional pillow. The pain was exacerbated when I did sleep on my stomach with a stiff neck. I tried the ZAMAT Adjustable Memory Foam pillow and can say the neck pains eased. This could be for a couple of reasons : 1 - The structure of the pillow does provide neck support and holds your head in place; and 2- because of the structure I was not sleeping on my stomach. It worked well for side sleeping. However, not being a person who sleeps on high profile pillows it caused some discomfort in my back. I eventually returned this pillow because it was just too high for me BUT I must say it did alleviate the neck pains. As such I would recommend this pillow for those who like/need high pillows to sleep on; if you are a reckless sleeper, constantly turning in your sleep this pillow would keep you in place for a restful sleep. I wished they made a much lower profile pillow version - cut it down 1.5-2 inches and I would try it again.

I decided to buy this pillow after reading the reviews and having constant neck pain waking up. This is the only one I saw that you could add or take out some of the foam for increased or decreased height. (You can request more foam, but i doubt you'll need it). For me this was important because the engineer in me had to measure the height of a standard pillow vs this and wow there is a big difference, I thought it would be too tall to start. (A bit about me: I'm 6' tall, 220 lb male with a big head. I sleep on an adjustable bed with the head elevated to help counter my acid reflux. Typically I lay on my side before rolling over and falling asleep on my back.) Trying to lay on my side with this pillow doesn't really work for me, and the sides of the pillow aren't really necessary in my opinion. I'd absolutely say this pillow is for back sleepers only, I've tried the last week since i got it starting on my side and it just doesnt work for me. This pillow is taking a little getting used to because it doesnt spread like a normal pillow... but its a good thing because it actually has support for your neck. It fits my big head like a baseball glove, it doesnt allow for you to roll around a lot which is new for me but so is waking up without a ton of pain in my neck. I also seem to be falling asleep faster but i'm not sure if that is related to the pillow as of yet. No funky smell like some other pillow reviews had, comes in a washable slip cover. I just put my king size pillow case over it, but i'd bet a standard size would work too. I highly reccomend this pillow!

My doctor recommended getting a pillow like this due to a pinched nerve and pressure/posture issues from working on a computer all day. He didn't say any brand specifically so I ordered 2 in similar styles to see if one worked better than the other. This one takes the cake! It has the right amount of softness and support so you're still comfortable but won't wake up with your pillow moving around or not providing support. I've been using it now for over 6 months and can say it's made a huge difference in the pressure relief in my neck and on my arm when sleeping on my side. My own personal benefit besides sleeping better and waking up in less neck stiffness. I know everyone is different so you have to find what works for you, but I can't say enough good things about this pillow. I've recommended it to my best friend too and she loves it as well.

I bought this pillow to help support my neck while sleeping. I will say it did help ease the pain when waking up. I have slept on the pillow for 2 nights. The second night my neck was somewhat stiff when waking up so I decided to look to see about removing a layer of foam to see if that helped. There are more than 10 stains on the foam part of the pillow that are NOT on the pillow case or material lining the foam pillow. I am highly grossed out by this. I am unsure if a bug was crawling on the pillow or what other filthiness it was sat down in.

This pillow takes some adjusting. I think because it’s very firm at first. Keep your old pillow on the floor nearby for the first few nights. If you’re like me, you’ll wake up at 3 in the morning just wanting something comfortable. The reason I ordered this is because I noticed I was getting significant shoulder pain from side sleeping (took me a bit to figure out). After a week, this pillow softened up or whatever, and since I ordered it, I have had no shoulder pain for two months! If I try to use my husband’s crummy pillow, I feel instant discomfort. I was going to massage regularly and once I got this pillow, I no longer needed it.
