Description

A little joy goes a long way. It's wild and fierce, a massive force, or sometimes it's the little things, like a smile or your favorite color. Joy is meant to be shared; it's an amazing feeling and you deserve to feel it every day. If we can be the ones to do that, then nothing would make us happier. Headquartered in beautiful Spokane, WA, zak! designs is a family-owned business that has been bringing joy to every bite and sip since 1976. Did you know that 40% of our happiness can be influenced by intentional thoughts and actions? For decades, our purpose at zak! designs has been to add a little joy into your life, with fun products you use all the time. So as part of our ongoing campaign to brighten your day, we’re partnering with Project Happiness to bring you Everyday Smiles! We proudly support their mission to empower the world with resources that help us all thrive. "We have been focused on making mealtime just a little more special for people around the world." - Irv Zakheim, Chairman & CEO Does the Kelso prevent spills when the tumbler is tipped over? Yes, and you don't need to remember to close the lid! The Kelso tumbler has a valve in the spout, which lets water flow freely when kids are drinking, but stops spills if the tumbler is tipped over. Is the tumbler easy to clean? Yes, both the spout on top of the lid and the inner straw underneath the lid are removable to make cleaning easy, and the parts are all dishwasher safe. How old should my child be to use the Kelso tumbler? We recommend this tumbler for kids age 3 and up. What kind of drinks can go in the Kelso tumbler? The Kelso tumbler is perfect for everyday cold beverages like water, milk, or juice. Thick smoothies are a little more difficult to drink with the valve, while carbonated drinks can build pressure and push liquid up through the straw. Can I travel with the Kelso? The Kelso tumbler fits in most car and stroller cup holders for on the go convenience. We don't recommend putting the Kelso tumbler in a bag, as pressing on the soft spout can open the valve and allow drinks to flow out.

    • Good cup for toddlers

The cups themselves do a good job of not leaking for the most part but if they get dropped a lot the lid doesn’t quite line up properly so it will slightly leak. The cup also comes apart to make it easier to clean, you will need a little cleaning brush to clean the silicone straw that has a few spots that I’ve noticed start to grow mold but it’s easy to clean when a small straw cleaner brush. The cup is a great size for my toddler to hold and the cup itself hold a good amount of water. The paint/design does not hold up very well, I’ve hand washed as well as used the dishwasher and both cause the design to start coming off. ... show more

    • Great kids cups!!
Color: Ginny, Sparks, Buddy, Bitsy (Disney's Su... Size: 15 Ounces Style: Drinkware
I absolutely love these Zak Designs Disney SuperKitties Kelso toddler tumblers! The colors are bright and fun, and the SuperKitties designs are adorable — my little one was instantly obsessed. The size is perfect (15 oz), and I love that they come in a 2-pack so we always have a clean one ready to go. The best part? They really are leak-proof. I’ve tossed them in a diaper bag and they haven’t spilled once. The straw is soft and easy for toddlers to drink from, and the cups feel sturdy and durable — not flimsy at all. They’re great for home, car rides, and on-the-go. Easy to clean and hold up well after multiple washes. Definitely worth it and I would 100% buy them again! ... show more

    • Impossible toddler tested- APPROVED!!!
Color: DinoRoar & Zaksaurus Size: 15 Ounces Style: Drinkware
I’m not kidding- these are the only cups my toddler will use and I have gone through dozens of others. He can’t push the straw inside like he does on others. He can’t leak true contents all over himself like all of the other others. He can even drink holding the cup upright like a bottle where the others cannot. I have bought many of these. They are easy to clean. Lid functionality is incredible. Literally never leaks. Fits perfectly in sides of backpack and in cup holders. Comes in cute designs. Best purchase! ... show more

    • Great Cups - Minor Flaws
Color: Unicorn Size: 15 Ounces Style: Drinkware
We love the Zak Designs Kelso Tumbler Set! These cups don’t leak at all, and with our 3-year-old, we’ve never had any issues. They’re easy for little ones to use and have been fabulous overall. That said, our second child has shown a small design flaw: the rubber straw can be pulled out, which sometimes leads to spills in her car seat. Also, after about a year of dishwasher use, the designs start fading and peeling. Overall, these are still great cups and we’d recommend them—just wish the straw design and durability of the print were improved. ... show more

    • 🕷️ Perfect for Little Superheroes – Durable, Fun, and Truly Leak-Proof!
Color: Spidey and His Amazing Friends Size: 15 Ounces Style: Drinkware
If you’ve got a toddler who loves Spider-Man and you’re tired of dealing with messy spills, the Zak Designs Marvel Kelso Toddler Cups are an absolute win. These cups are not only adorable and kid-approved, but also incredibly practical for everyday use—whether at home or on the go. We found these to be our best option due to our super active toddler who will throw it from time to time. Previous cups would start leaking over time but not these cups. They have held up to the abuse and still look like they just came out of the package. ✅ A Parent’s Dream: 🧃 Truly Leak-Proof: We’ve tested a lot of sippy cups over the years, and these are some of the most reliably leak-proof options we’ve found. They don’t drip when tipped, tossed, or even dropped—which makes them ideal for travel, car rides, or playtime chaos. 🕸️ Marvel Design = Instant Hit: The Spidey and His Amazing Friends graphics are vibrant, fun, and a huge hit with any superhero-loving toddler. They love picking their own cup and showing it off to friends. 💪 Built to Last: Made from thick, durable plastic, these cups hold up to toddler drops, dishwasher runs, and heavy use. They don’t crack or fade, and the lids fit securely without being impossible to remove for adults. 🙌 Easy to Use & Clean: The simple design means no extra valves or hard-to-scrub parts. They’re top-rack dishwasher safe and super easy to take apart and reassemble. 🎒 Great for On-the-Go: At 15oz, they’re the perfect size for keeping kids hydrated without being too bulky. They fit well in cup holders and diaper bags. ⚠️ A Few Quick Notes: Not Spill-Proof When Lid Is Off: This seems obvious, but just a reminder—once the lid is off, it’s a regular open cup. But with the lid secured, you’re good to go. Handwashing the Graphics May Prolong Life: We’ve put ours in the dishwasher plenty of times with no issues, but if you want to preserve the bright Spidey designs long-term, occasional handwashing may help. ⭐ Final Rating: 5 / 5 These Zak Spider-Man sippy cups combine fun and function in the best way possible. They’re durable, leak-proof, easy to clean, and your kid will absolutely love drinking from them. A must-have for any toddler who wants to drink like a superhero! ... show more
