An amazing durable screen protector! I will always choose Zagg for my glass screen protectors. I have never struggled with installing glass screen protectors without a guide, however the plastic guide piece makes the process near perfect and so quick. When I initially opened the package I was surprised by how thick the screen protector is! It is so smooth and does not delay my touch screen. I have used Zagg for many of my iPhones and I will continue to use Zagg as it provides great protection from scratches to big drops. I seen some reviews that suggested that the installation process was bad for them as the guide did not fit properly. I advise to use the instructions on the internal packaging. As it shows you to place your case-less phone into the plastic guide piece, make sure there is no dust with the dust remover sticker. And then remove the plastic from the screen protector and line it up onto the guide and drop it down onto your screen. I have never had an issue with the guide, it has been nothing but helpful in speeding up the installation process. ... show more

    • Overpriced junk.
I needed to replace the screen protector on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. After hearing good things about the ZAGG screen protectors, I thought I would give them a chance. That turned out to be a poor choice. At a price point 4X greater than other manufacturers who offer not one, but two, screen protectors in their package, I was expecting a refined user experience. That was not the case. The installation process is nowhere near as user-friendly as other brands (e.g. Spigen). Instead of placing your phone onto the screen protector using an alignment tray, the ZAGG product requires you to align the protector over your phone, leaving a much greater chance for error. ZAGG also advertises a more durable screen protector, but this is clearly achieved by using a thicker piece of tempered glass. The thickness leaves a pronounced edge around the bezel of the phone, which is exacerbated by poor fitment. I also question the anti-glare technology that ZAGG advertises. In my experience, the glare is no different than competing brands. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will not be considering a ZAGG product ever again. I am struggling to find reasons as to why such a poorly designed product commands such a premium price. Given that these protectors are offered in service provider storefronts, my only assumption is that the price is inflated due to excessive marketing spend. Don't let that fool you; this product is junk. Even if discounted 50%, it still is not worth the premium they charge. ... show more

    • Good protection and warranty when needed.
After 5 months of use, the screen protector cracked when the phone was dropped on the edge of my nightstand. It protected the screen as it was supposed to. I had registered this with ZAGG and the warranty process is easy once you create an account with them and register the product. A quick click and they are sending a new replacement screen protector.     • NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED
Terrible installation due to lack of instructions in product package. After applying, there were numerous spots that look like bubbles under the screen protector. They cannot be pushed out as one could do with small bubbles and don’t move under significant pressure. I suspect that these are areas where adhesive was missing. I’m over 78 years old and expect written instructions to accompany products that must be assembled or installed. I don’t believe in scanning Qrafter images because they can’t be interpreted until they are processed digitally which may provide a risk of intrusion by malicious software. Note- After attaching the template to quide the screen protector during connection with the cellular telephone’s screen, I was unable to pass it through completely. Only the middle are was able to get through under extreme pressure and it pulled away as the template was removed. I’ve applied numerous lens protectors over the years, often with templates to guide them. After it was too late, I was able to see that ZAGG was employing a different installation technique. A CIRCULAR WITH INSTRUCTIONS WOULD HAVE FOREWARNED ME!!! ... show more

This is a great protective screen. I had a Zagg screen covering my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I dropped the phone multiple times over 3 and 1/2 years. The screen was cracked in several places. But importantly, the iPhone’s screen was not damaged. I received the maximum trade-in value for my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
