I have been using Zagg products for years. Never had a problem. Not once, not ever. Zagg products are absolutely excellent. The best aspect of their screen protectors is the ease of installation. It is virtually impossible to mess up. I saw some 1-star reviews on here with people complaining about the installation. I suppose it’s possible that there was a problem at the factory and that the materials were fabricated slightly imperfectly, resulting in an imperfect installation experience… HOWEVER - I think that any issue a user experiences with alignment and installation of the screen protector is due to USER ERROR. That’s right, if you’re complaining about the screen protector being maligned or some bs, it’s because YOU messed up putting it on. The ENTIRE REASON that Zagg is able to get away with charging $40-60 for a flimsy piece of “glass” is *because of* that piece of plastic that you use to guide the installation and achieve a perfect fit. AND WHAT’S MORE IS THAT ZAGG GUARANTEES A PERFECT EXPERIENCE AND SO IF YOU F UP THE INSTALLATION JUST TELL ZAGG AND THEY WILL SEND YOU A NEW ONE. AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT. FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Now THAT is what I call quality customer service. They are so confident in the quality of their product that they are willing to dole out replacements to anyone and everyone who has any sort of problem with their product. What’s that? You dropped your phone onto the pavement and the screen protector cracked? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. What’s that? You didn’t clean the surface of your phone and there’s a bunch of lint stuck underneath resulting in bubbles? Well they’ll probably magically disappear in less than a day anyway, but if they don’t? Tell Zagg. They’ll send you a new one. All you have to do is pay for shipping. ALSO - these products are selling here on Amazon for 40-60% off their retail price. That is an absolute STEAL. Anyone who’s given a Zagg product less than a 4 star review is absolutely out of their mind. I have been using Zagg screen protectors since my iPhone 6+ in 2014. I ALWAYS get a Zagg screen protector. I get them for my devices and for my friends and family. What’s more is that the glass in the Zagg screen protector feels better to tap/scroll on than Apple’s fancy “Ceramic Shield” glass. It’s smoother and it just feels way more premium, which is crazy because you’d think that Apple’s flagship phones would be made to have top-of-the-line materials! I cannot overstate how much I respect and appreciate this company. Did you know that Zagg also makes phone cases? Gear4 is the case company and they are my FAVORITE cases!! I purchased 3 separate cases for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I purchased two of them for my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. They are superb products. And I happily paid full price for those! The two S21 Ultra cases and screen protector I bought at a T-Mobile store (so full MSRP) and the 3 cases and screen protector for the iPhone 13 Pro I bought through Zagg’s website (with a 30% discount). In conclusion, my point is that these are THE best. Bar none. You can support Zagg directly or you can get the products here on Amazon from King Bezos. I understand the allure of the 50% discount Amazon is offering but what I don’t understand is someone who chose to buy the massively discounted version and then COMPLAINS about a product because of a mistake that THEY made. ESPECIALLY when Zagg has an extremely generous policy about sending out replacements. You used to have to send in the old damaged one, and now, to cut down on costs to the customer (paying for shipping back the defective one and the shipping out of the replacement), you just tell them what happened and they say “ok cool we’ll send out another one presently” no questions asked. It takes a lot to crack an iPhone 13 screen, the Ceramic Shield Apple uses is some of the toughest around and much more expensive of a material however it will scratch, so if that’s a concern then get yourself an additional screen protector, such as this. I believe this to be more of a plastic rather than glass but it is thin and doesn’t take away from the look and feel of the original screen. Unfortunately I’ve already removed this protector from my phone considering it cracked and a large portion of the edge started to peel up within the first couple weeks I had it on, which just looks bad. I’ve now purchased a new protector and I suppose I’ll see if the last is covered under warranty and if Zagg will honor it, although I don’t even know if I still have the packaging. Point being, these don’t last forever, I just thought it would last more than 14 days before it started to peel up and crack… now it’s just an inconvenience. ... show more

    • You have to be careful when installing
I like all the features and I appreciate the installation kit. However, make sure you are using it on the correct side and use the white cloth to take out ALL air bubbles before use. I bought it for me, my husband and now for my sister. Mine is perfect, my husband has 2 air bubbles on the bottom and my sister has a couple or air bubbles on the top corners. The antiglare works, but it depends on the angle you are holding the phone. I do have to say that although it's a bit pricey, I would still buy it again. I hesitated buying this as I go through screen protectors frequently. You can get 3 for like $8 elsewhere. But once I had this one on I changed my tune. The installation is seamless and actually fits the screen properly. My cheaper protectors had over hang. This also has better screen sensitivity. The blue light filter makes a difference. Because this protector actually fits properly in my 13 pro I’m hopeful it will last much longer without lifting or bubbling. ... show more

Overall I enjoyed this screen protector. Have had it for about 2-3 months and it has done its job. No cutout on the camera, just small cutout for speaker that works perfect on the iPhone. The protector is as smooth as the regular screen. Definitely recommend Zagg for screen protectors.

    • Great but we must be bad at installation
We really love these. They are much better than others. However, we still cannot get them on without a bubble issue that won’t resolve no matter what we do. It is barely noticeable unless you are looking for it. It is just frustrating that we never can get it right when applying even though we follow all directions.
