I bought this on the recommendation of the T Mobile sales person. I have an iPhone SE and have for the last 10 years used Otter Box Defenders as my case of choice. It's an AWESOME case and protects the the phone like no other. Four years ago when I traded in my old SE for the newer one, after 6 years of use the phone looked brand new. The only problem is that the Otter case has a really bad plastic screen protector. It would get scratched, moisture could get under it etc and would be hard to read the screen. I surgically removed the plastic from the Otter Box case and applied the ZAGG glass. WOW! What a difference. Crystal clear, better protection, and no moisture underneath. Best of all worlds. I may not have a recent photo of the screen protector, but I can tell you it’s amazing after two years of use. When I dropped my phone, the screen protector got a crack, but the phone itself was totally fine, no scratches at all!

I watched a video that showed how to install the shield using the alignment tool with the buttons, and the holes in the shield. That looked pretty cool. But when I pulled the indicated tab, the alignment sheet came off instead of the protective sheet. It would seem that the relative strength of the two adhesives was backward. If that had not happened I would have rated it with 5 stars. Fortunately it was pretty easy to place the shield manually instead of with the alignment tools. The shield sucked down onto my phone screen very smoothly and evenly. A color change made it *very* easy to see where it was adhering. I had only a couple of small bubble areas that pressed out perfectly. *Much* easier to get a clean installation than other products I have used over the years, including Zagg. The shield was slightly smaller than my screen, so I made sure to get the gaps equal on the sides and top and bottom. It turns out that gap accommodated the rim of my phone case very nicely. If the shield was bigger (exactly the size of the screen) the case edge might not have laid down smoothly. I have had my iPhone 13 Pro for a couple of years. I had decided not to get a shield because the glass was said to be harder than previous models. Indeed, it has restricted scratching very well, but had accumulated a few tiny scratches near the top. The Zagg shield has made those scratches invisible when the screen is on - I can barely see them against the black background when the phone is off. They might be visible in apps in dark mode, but I doubt it. So that aspect accomplished what I wanted. ... show more

I like that these now come with a thing to help you install. Has a few scratches but no cracks. What I like about them is that as long as you register it as soon as you get a crack, they’ll send you another one. Definitely better than replacing your entire phone screen.

I never paid much attention to screen protectors until my 5 year old phone case broke. When it came time to find a new one, I realized how much I paid for the original bubble filled, cracked and worn out the original protector. This glass screen protector does a great job of keeping my phone safe. Installation was simple, and the included cleaning wipes and alignment guide were nice. Once applied, the protector was perfectly clear, with no noticeable impact on touch sensitivity or screen brightness. The durability is good, I’ve already had a small drop, and it held up well with no cracks. However, my only complaint is that the edges don’t adhere perfectly, which can sometimes collect dust. It’s not a huge issue, but I wish the fit was a bit more seamless. Still, it’s a solid product that provides protection at a reasonable price. Would buy again! ... show more
