The bag came with an assembly flaw during production. The sewing on a part of the edge was missed entirely. The double zipper still works and goes around the perimeter of the top, but there is an apparent 1inch hole. I contacted their Customer Service Rep and received a reply on the same day! As this product is prepackaged and stored in an Amazon warehouse, they unfortunately couldn't send a replacement bag to swap it out. Instead i was offered a 20% refund which i gratefully accepted. Good: this basket fits my folding bike. Seems sturdy even though the collapsoible feature is to be tested later. Bad: 1. pet cannot be secured. no buckle or vacro closure to hold the dog in place. First time I used it my dog jumped out from 4 feet high, even though we tried to zip up as much as possible. Zipper would slide. Luckily he did not break his leg, or this company would be sued. ... show more
