This is a great handlebar bag! It can hold a wallet and/or phone, both would be a little tight. You can’t beat the price. It functions well and the zipper seems strong. Great value for the money and looks great.

Great for the mountain bike with flat bars! Looks It’s well made, I’ve been riding with it for a couple months. No rain, but it looks like it’s all water resistant material. The seams aren’t welded so I assume it’s not waterproof. I put my phone, earbuds, compact wallet and multitool, gels and a bar in this little handlebar bag. I leave my tube and repair stuff in a larger bike bag. Keeps me from having stuff in my pockets.

I am glad I bought this for my Africa twin. It is perfect for my phone, ID cards (for quick access through security and my garage door opener. It isn’t exposed to heavy water when I ride in the rain. But when I was my bike I notice the inside gets damp. That is from the occasional splash from the hose. So if you need heavy water resistance this may not be it. Occasional light water is ok.

This is essentially a vinyl fanny pack for handlebars. There are two strap buckles on the front that do nothing but hold the extra length of the hook and loop fasteners. The outer corners of the bag have little nylon fabric loops. In the video demonstration a person is seen pushing the two loose hook and loop straps through the loops. That didn't work for me. The loops were very small. They were not wide enough for me to get the straps through. The stiff plastic straps needed to be folded in half lengthwise, and with great effort, pushed through the loops. This was on both sides. I attached the bag facing me on the motorcycle seat. The top strap was pulled over the metal handlebar crossbar and the bottom strap was pushed under the handlebar. Then the top was pressed over the bottom. This was done on both sides. The bag was tilted upward to get the optimum position. Then the outer straps were fastened around the handlebars near the controls. I hope that this prevents the bag from sagging or twisting downward to rub against the fuel tank. The bag is used for hauling a couple of bungee cords, plastic bags for covering my phone on the mirror mount during rain, my disk brake lock, and an air pressure gauge. I might squeeze in a small bicycle air pump. This bag cannot be locked. Keeping it on the motorcycle means being willing to lose the things you leave inside the bag. On my motorcycle it is too difficult to remove quickly. So it will remain on. Three stars for improper construction.
