I would've rated five stars if the sleeve opening had been adjustable. Being like a rubber band, they only do so much. They worked well for me and my size, were a lot easier to manage than plastic bags or saran wrap, and kept the water out while I was showering. I had to use them on my upper right arm, So it was moving around in the shower a lot and didn't let the water in. I was also disappointed in the number that I had to purchase. There's no way I needed this many. So, I am left with a large supply that I likely will never use.
