This entertainment center is about what I was expecting for the price. I wanted something inexpensive but still "cute" to put in my office/game room. Assembly wasn't too difficult, but there were a few pictures that weren't 100% clear. After studying the diagram a bit harder I was able to figure it out. I didn't like the tool they provided so I did use my drill. I don't think I would have had as easy of a time if I was using the wrench/screwdriver provided. Everything doesn't line up perfectly but that's kind of what I expected when buying this quality of furniture. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend to anybody looking for budget friendly piece item.

When I received this item, it came with the main boards cracked down the end- which is a big problem since they're the main pieces holding up the console and TV. I reached out to support and they told me they'd provide replacement boards once they had them and ship them to me, but after weeks of waiting they told me they would be unable to do so. :/ We agreed to partially refund the item but it was very inconvenient having the big box sitting unassembled in my apartment for pieces that were never going to arrive. I ended up DIY-ing a quick repair for the cracks and covering them with contact paper so it looks much better and matches my decor extremely well! If you manage to receive the item in one piece, this console is amazing value for price, especially considering what you'd have to pay for other consoles with similar features (soft open doors, shelves and cabinets, etc.) but the poor customer satisfaction knocked it down the star for me.

It's a great product, looks exactly like it does in the picture, only took an hour to put together. Only bad thing was that the instructions aren't detailed. It's one page & tried to show everything on that page in one illustration. Took me a few minutes to figure out which way the 1st set of screws went into the beginning board correctly. After that, it was easy.

I love the design but had horrible delivery. Showed up 7 days late and the holes for the legs were missing washers to adhere the screws. I was so excited for this to only be let down. Also, if you have 55 inch or bigger, do NOT buy this. My 55inch tv is parallel to very edge of the top.
