As an owner of the fantastic Yunzii AL71, I was excited to see them offering another CNC aluminum keyboard in a smaller footprint. This keyboard is excellent for the price. The full aluminum case provides a nice heft to the board and lovely acoustics, while the gasket mount and polycarbonate plate provides a plush typing experience. The black looks nice and has a smooth texture. The provided milk switches are smooth and sound great. The stabilizers are well lubed. There are tons of RGB options with variable effects speed, with the option for even plain white backlight if RGB isn't quite your thing. The biggest drawbacks of this keyboard are the mediocre keycaps, but are certainly serviceable. I swapped out the stock keycaps with a rather inexpensive set and the acoustics went from great to fantastic. Aside from the keycaps, I would have liked a braided cable, but at this price it is tough to gripe about much. The knob is on the smaller side, but certainly is functional. Another complaint is that I haven't been able to figure out how to change the side RGB lighting. I am able to on my AL71, but can't seem to change it on the AL66. I will note that the knob has three different functions: volume, RGB mode, and RGB brightness. I was stuck on the RGB mode function and the shortcut guide didn't list how to cycle through them. After some messing around I discovered you press the knob for approximately 3 seconds and the function will cycle. Overall this is an excellent value for what you get: full aluminum body, quality switches, and a set of keycaps to boot. I would say this a great entry into aluminum and gasket mount keyboards.

This is my first mechanical keyboard and I couldn't be happier. The stock switches are very smooth and nice-sounding and the cherry keycaps are also very smooth, legible and really good quality. Lights are beneath the keycaps but also on the side of the keyboard which adds and extra touch. The only things to keep in mind is that the software and the knob don't work with MacOS but the keyboard itself is pairable with it. Overall, amazing product, very very nice.

Don't let the word budget make this seem like a mediocre keyboard. It is the best keyboard I have purchased so far for the price and even better than some I have purchased/built around $250-300. It's a wonderful keyboard without needing any modifications (unless you love modding keyboards). I want to get another one or one of their AL71 or the upcoming AL75, overall highly recommended if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars "making your own keyboard"... why not start with already budget friendly quality keyboard.

First of all, I've never written a review in my life, so that should tell you how I feel about this product. I have keyboards 3x this price with all sorts of mods, customizations, expensive switches, etc. and NONE of them sound and/or feel as good as this keyboard does right out the box. I'm literally speechless on just how good this keyboard is. For some reason I expected the included switches to be crappy, but I swear they are the best switches I've ever typed on and play a big role in my love for this keyboard. I'm so in love with the way it feels and types that I don't even want to do any mods, change the switches, or ANYTHING. It's perfect the way it is and I don't want to change a thing. The fact that this is under $100 is mindblowing. Just buy this thing, you won't regret it.

The media could not be loaded. This board is so beautiful with its side rgb but wish it has more control over the speed of the side rgb other than that, this board is amazing. Lots of shortcuts so it's best to read manual and try to learn the basic. Knob can be switch between volume or rgb brightness. Keeps it's settings the same after turning it off and back on. Prelubes switches which sounds great too, creamy and deep. Stabs are also lubes and mine didn't have any pinging out the box so that's great. What I did to mine Hsa clone keycaps Quinn gateron switches Tape modded. 3 layers Removed plastic film between pcb and plate replaced with PE foam Removed stock bottom foam and replaced with more porous foam. Killmat added to keycaps for deeper sound Re-lubed stabs.
