The media could not be loaded. I was excited to get my new tablet in the mail today. The package looked like it was in good condition with a sealed plastic film around the box. The tablet was in a plastic sleeve and everything looked like it was going to be a good purchase. When I took the tablet out, there were finger prints and scratches on it as if it was previously used and returned. Very disappointed. In the video it shows the tablet not turning on, later, I realized only the charger it comes with will work. When using apps such as a baby monitor or a video doorbell, the screen rotates upside down for some reason. This is not a big deal, but annoying. I am sending it back for an exchange. If the next one is in new condition I will update my rating. ... show more

So I was in the market for another tablet and came across this one and based on the specs I was a little leery as it was promising a lot in such a small package. Well, rest assured that what it is advertising is true, the battery life is long and the tablet is fast when it comes to loading up apps and navigating the UI. It comes with a charger USB C which I am thankful manufacturers are finally moving away from micro USB and a dongle that allows you to attach a mouse or keyboard which I was surprised by how easy it was to use and hook up. Holding it in your hands you will notice it feels well made, some other tablets feel like you can fold them in half, but this one is well made. SCREEN: Loved the screen It's 10.1 inches and it's HD. It's not the best crisp tablet that you'll ever seen but for the price it's pretty good. Colors look good and don't wash out at different angles. PROCESSOR: great for watching YouTube, managing my smart home and reading. Light gaming is fine as well. CAMERA: the back camera is fine, I don't plan to use it anyways. Front camera is great for video calls. Mics work well. BATTERY AND SOUND: lasts around 10 hours watching videos and speakers are really loud. (though they can distort at high volumes) OVERALL: 5/5 - For the price it's pretty good. The media could not be loaded. I’ve been looking to get a tablet for my kids since our iPads broke but haven’t found a reliable and affordable option. I don’t usually go for android products but gave this one a try. I really really like the parental controls and apps my kids can use for learning. The screen is sensitive and snappy. This small little tablet is perfect for my grandson who’s 10, with the cheap price point it’s the perfect companion for him on our camping trips and I don’t have to worry about him breaking my wife or I’s more expensive tablets. this is a really cute tablet. i set this up for my mother who is not very good with technology and she loves the bigger screen. It runs a bit on the slow side.
